Pathetic and utterly disappointing experience at Prestige Feroze Estate due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of security personnel, Mr. Mukesh. An a employee I was denied access to my vehicle in the company parking lot because the gates were locked on a Sunday. When I politely requested Mr. Mukesh to open the gate, he responded in an extremely harsh and dismissive manner, telling me to "take the vehicle on Monday" without any regard for my urgency or position. His conduct was not only unprofessional but also completely unfit for such a reputed estate. No prior notice or agreement mentions restricted Sunday access, making this experience even more frustrating. Such behavior tarnishes the reputation of this beautiful property. Management needs to address this immediately and ensure better training for their staff.

The person responsible for parking could have been polite instead of being rude. Being in real estate you guys never know who would be your next client, or who might be missed out due to bad behaviour from people responsible in building space. Hope management looks into it.
