I had a disappointing experience with this real estate agency. I called to clarify a few basic queries, but the staff was extremely rude and dismissive. The person on the call bluntly said, "We don’t have time to waste in sorting out your queries; come to the office if you want to talk." Such an unprofessional response makes me question how they treat customers in person at their office. Proper customer service should be a priority, especially in a service-driven industry like real estate.
