I have taken premium membership with Y axis I have spent my whole time of 4 to 5 months along with a huge amount on Y axis, but the way they have treated us or a response was not as a premium customer I have spent over ₹70,000 on Y axis for job search for 12 weeks of marketing, no results complete waste of time. I would strongly never recommend Anyone going through job search with Y axis, and moreover, Y axis has a lack of skilful processing who never knew what they are doing. They simply drag your time till the last 12 week and they say we did the best. We couldn’t get you any job. Good luck on your future. This Y axis is a whole customer scam on the time of registration. They will promise you everything that which is not possible and then they’ll make you register take the money once after that, you will be put to a Process team and once you are assigned to a process, you will not get a line connecting to the receptionist or a manager, even after requesting over hundred times to talk to a manager, you will never get an option to talk to a manager or a supervisor. All you have to talk to the Process team and Process team is the dumbest team Ever seen. They never knew what they’ve been doing all day. Focus is how to loot the money. The customer service in Y axis is very poor. Initially they talk to you in a soft and a good manner. Once your services package ends, they start avoiding your conversations and if you request a call from the manager, the managers will just give you a missed call and when you bring the same number back, you go to the customer service again, so The service here in YAxis is so stupid, they don’t value the premium customers please please, please never think about Y axis for job search. We can try different websites but never think about Y axis as an option on the call. They promise you they will do it right now right away, but in terms of results, Y axis is zero the whole level of frustration and anxiousness, which I am going through is never understandable by the whole Y axis please never consider Y axis as a job search platform. It’s just a scam for all the customers thinking about Y axis. Thank you.

Beware of Y-Axis Overseas Consultancy! I paid ₹75,000 to Y-Axis in January 2025 with hopes of getting a job abroad. Over the course of 4 months (Jan to May 2025), they didn't even arrange a single interview. After repeatedly following up, they finally came back saying "we tried our best" — without any real progress or results. This has been a complete waste of money and time. I strongly advise others not to trust Y-Axis with your money. Please do your research thoroughly before paying anyone for overseas job services. Don’t give them even 1 rupee. They wont even deserve 1star also.

My first and last time visiting a consultancy they promised me job offers but not even a single interview was arranged by the agency such a shame they were punctual on taking their emi payment for the service which i didn't see any result they should be shutdown if they can't keep up their promise which they gave guarantee u shall receive job interviews through them which didn't happen.I wasted my money here only regret. After 3 month period they completely igmore u out no connection or anything. My consultant was zaki and vidya narsi. P.s if u want my feedback don't give your mail id just call i can give u detailed feedback on where you guys went wrong.
