Disappointing and frustrating experience! This was regarding the widely covered valet crash case that appeared on multiple national news channels — a case which, as per many legal professionals I later consulted, was quite straightforward. Unfortunately, my experience with this advocate was the opposite of what I expected. For months, there was no meaningful progress despite repeated follow-ups. Important steps like filing objections were delayed or avoided entirely. Then, without any clear legal reasoning, the advice suddenly shifted to "there’s no point pursuing this further." When I consulted other advocates afterwards, I was told in no uncertain terms that I had been misinformed and misguided during those months. What was once called a strong and straightforward case suddenly became "not worth pursuing," after wasting valuable time. The shift in approach and the nature of some suggestions made me question whether my interests were truly being represented or there were other tricks at play. In my personal opinion, anyone considering this advocate should be cautious and seek multiple opinions before committing.

We had a very bitter experience with Mr.Tripati. We chose him cause of rhe excellent online reviews which were misleading and following our personal interaction with him and his team proves to be false. He is very unprofessional and extremely money minded. He delayed filing our case to an extent where the damages were irreversible. He even threatened to take back the case on several occasions. Please avoid dealing with him or his partners. They are a bunch of frauds!!
