I have been attending yoga sessions here for 2 months and it has been a wonderful experience. The classes are well-structured, and trainers are patient and supportive. I have seen great improvement in my flexibility and overall well-being. Arm strength has always been my weakness, but with the guidance and encouragement of Nikhil Sir, today I was able to perform arm-balancing yoga. Thank you, Nikhil Sir, for all the support and motivation. Highly recommended!
I joined Ashish Yoga 3 months back, I had hypertension and anxiety issues and after one month of my yoga classes I felt the differences, my Hypertension symptoms and anxiety symptoms reduced and energy level increased, I am continuing the personal training with Deepak Sir. Overall I would say all yoga teachers in this center are good but as I am taking classes from Deepak sir, so I can say Deepak sir is one of the best teacher whose training really appreciated and amazing. Because of his effort a lot of changed happened in my body flexibility and fixed my core health issues. Best part is I stopped my BP medicines. Thanks a lot to Ashish Yoga and Deepak Sir.
It was a great experience learning yoga from Ashish yoga fitness center. They teach a ton of variety of yoga and it’s always a new type which focuses on overall body strength. Nikhil sir taught me how to do handstand and balancing yoga. Harsh sir also is very good in training and teaching all kind of yoga poses. All in all a good place to learn yoga for both beginners and advanced level folks.
The class with Anmol is amazing. I feel full of energy the entire day after practicing. What I love the most is that the instructor adjusts you and helps you get into the correct posture, which makes a huge difference. It’s such an engaging and empowering practice—I really enjoy it!"
It has been an amazing journey with AYF. I started off with yoga group classes first and wanted to explore more about yoga and joined their TTC program. They offer excellent TTC program, it really helped my yoga journey. Here the teachers are very knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. Abhilash sir : He motivates everyone with his energy to push your limits while listening to your body, he constantly encourages you to breathe while practicing asanas which will help you to achieve them bit quicker than normal. Excellent teacher to learn various pranayama’s from. Kushboo mam: she makes everyone feel welcome , no matter your level, you feel supported. She offers modifications and encourage listening to your body which makes the practice feel safe and personal. Deepak sir: I have learned a lot from Deepak sir, his cues are so clear & easy to follow, even in more challenging poses. He has deep knowledge of anatomy and movement. He has transformed my approach to yoga which taught me to breathe , slowdown and truly connect with myself. My core yoga practice got better with his help. Saurabh sir : I like how he structures the class. The warmups are thoughtful that prepares body to the powerful flow & deeply relaxing cool down. It always feels like a complete & balanced experience. Divya mam: she has such a soothing voice & gentle teaching style. She always encourages you listen to your body without rushing to the main pose, which will help you to observe & enjoy the process. Amrish sir’s group classes are very interesting and innovative. He teaches different yoga flows & supports very well. Pragya mam’s group classes are not to be missed, specially core yoga / power yoga classes. I feel very charged up in her class. Definitely a place I would suggest for people to learn/ improve their yoga practice.
I have been attending yoga classes at Ashish Yoga from two months, and it has been a truly wonderful experience. I feel really good both physically and mentally, and I can already see a positive change in my overall well-being. I especially thank you Amrish sir for your session and your session are always well-structured, I feel energised , focused and balanced after each classes , your patience, encouragement and the positive energy brings into every session, I am greatful for the opportunity to learn from you .
Yoga classes were beginner friendly and the trainers were really good at teaching. Balancing yoga was very fun with the help of Nikhil sir, classes were very good and never boring, we are always learning new things which is making us look forward for the further classes.
