I got my tattoo done here and I am extremely happy with the service.
The design team and tattoo artist all of them were very prompt and did their job well. Since i already had my design in mind we immediately started with tattoo. The tattoo artist Ravi was very good, my tattoo was done in 15 mins which was surprise to me and he knew his act well, so happy with the over all experience.

Service was great. Planned for gun shot but due to ear thickness had to go for needle piercing. Mr. Paul Raj did the piercing. He did a wonderful job and indeed is very experienced. Thanks Machu Tattoos for a great experience.

I visited this nail art shop with high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed. While the nail art itself was decent, the overall service and behavior were far from professional.
I specifically asked for minimal trimming, but they chopped my nails much shorter than I requested.
The nail art didn’t turn out as expected—it felt rushed and lacked attention to detail.
What truly shocked me was the staff’s reaction after I gave feedback upon leaving. Instead of acknowledging it, they laughed behind my back, which felt incredibly disrespectful and immature.
Customer service matters just as much as the final result. I’d consider rating their technical work, but their attitude and disregard for client comfort make it hard to recommend this place. I hope they take this as an opportunity to improve how they treat their customers.

I always come here to get my nails and they never fail. I had a super complex design and they executed perfectly and gave a discount. Love them!!

I personally had the worst experience. Nail chipping on acrylic extension is something I had never heard of or experienced before.

In all these years of getting my extension and out of all the places, I had never experienced this low level of service and craftsmanship. There are much better places like nailbox and fingertips.

My thumb nail started chipping 2 days after getting it. I went and got them fixed, and 3 days later it chipped again. I went again. In a span of 6 days, i went there thrice to get them done properly. Not only was it tiring, it was annoying to go after work.

I thought my problems were resolved but then a week later my right thumb nail chipped as well. So in a span of 14 days, my NAILS CHIPPED THRICE.

Not to mention, the shape is improper and there are literal dents in my nails — which I obviously didn’t notice at first as I was in a hurry.

There are much better places which offer actually good services. Honestly, I am very disappointed. Not sure about other reviews but if you’re someone who is used to a particular level of service, you would easily spot the difference between here and the actual good places.

The fact that the artist’s nails had a better structure than what they did on me is crazy. I paid 2.8k for this set — worst money I have ever spent. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

At first, i was gunna let this go and not write anything but I decided to do it today because a coworker pointed it out and it was so embarrassing. They did not even LAST TWO WEEEKS, at best it lasted 1 day.

The service for the manicure and pedicure were amazing. The nail art was a fantastic job. The only things I disliked was that my daughter, who got acrylics, nails fell off 2 days later. When she went to get her nails removed, at first they said it was free because only 4 nails remained and then they charged 60 rupees per nail removed. They were a bit overpriced for all the services. But it was overall pretty good service and I highly recommend Josephine for pedicures. Her service was amazing and made my visit truly worth the money.

Beronica nail artist did a good job and we waited patiently to get job done with her. We got nail extension. Compared to other nail art, here we recommend this services.

just got my nose pierced today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The pain was honestly less than a blood draw — Ajith is incredibly skilled at what he does. Piercings are clearly his craft.
