This was my first time at Bounce and I am satisfied to the point that I’d like to come again. Krishna did an amazing job on my haircut, even though my hairs are not that dense, he patiently cut them in perfect layers and was able to give them good volume. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a good haircut in Bangalore.

I came to Bounce after a long time because i wanted to give my daughter a better experience than other places. But i am disappointed. I visited salon with my daughter, who has autism and a sensitive scalp. Before the hair wash, I clearly explained her condition and even offered alternatives to make the process smoother. Unfortunately, the hairdresser’s attitude was dismissive—he seemed visibly annoyed by her oily scalp and made uncomfortable expressions during the service.

The hair wash was not done properly, and her hair remained somewhat dirty afterward. What hurt the most was the lack of care and warmth—not just for me as a customer, but for my daughter, who deserves the same respect and kindness as anyone else.

I hope the salon invests in more sensitivity and inclusiveness training, especially when serving children with special needs. Every child deserves to feel welcomed.

Bounce has been my fav so far in Bengaluru. However, the last appointment at this whitefield bounce is terrible . I had opted for stylist Rosie and asked me to give a nice fresh look and all she kept saying was that she can’t do magic on my hair which was kind of disappointing. I smiled and asked her to make me feel fresh with a nice short hair. She did haircut for almost half an hour and the result was horrible . Looks like a layer but turned out to be so uneven when I took the first shower . At Salon it looked okay with styling but after first wash I got to see the real side of it . She did an absolutely nasty job on my hair and I would never recommend her to anyone . Now it takes atleast 6-7 months to grow and just fix this horrible haircut she has given
