I had an excellent experience at VLCC! I went in for a haircut and facial treatment, and I’m truly impressed with the service and professionalism. The stylist took the time to understand what kind of haircut I was looking for and gave me a fresh, stylish look that I absolutely love. The facial was equally amazing—very relaxing and refreshing. The staff was polite, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The ambience was clean and calming, adding to the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality grooming and skincare services!

No value for time and money, no basic customer service! All the advertisements seen online are not valid in the salon! No offers or packages at all. They take appointment and then make you wait for 30minutes. Booking an appointment was itself very bad experience! No welcoming behaviour of the staff at all. Spent 2 hours just for simple eyebrows and basic facial. Not worth the time and money! Will not recommend anyone to visit!

I had an amazing experience with VLCC Indiranagar Store, have visited this store with my huge Stubborn Tummy fat which am trying to lose from many months but no results tried many workouts and supplements.. then I made and appointment and met Mr. Prabhu Ji and discussed about my issues he clearly understood my problem and he guided me for Lipo sessions and weight loss therapy, then He put me to Dietician Ms. Swetha ji, she took care of my diet and sessions so closely,.. then this main person comes in Mr. Akash ji he was the one who does all the Lipo and therapies very professionally, The results were incredible in very short time– I saw noticeable inch / weight loss and felt great throughout the process. The hospitality and professionalism of the Store are highly recommendable and appreciated.. Thanks VLCC indiranagar Team.

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I had 8 sessions of full-body laser hair removal at VLCC, but the results were disappointing. I still have hair growth everywhere, yet they’re asking me to pay for maintenance sessions, which feels like an unnecessary additional cost since the initial treatment itself didn’t deliver results.The procedure was extremely painful, despite them claiming it wouldn’t be. The staff was unprofessional—if you don’t speak Kannada, they talk in Kannada in a disrespectful manner. The team kept changing, and some didn’t seem trained properly. I even ended up with razor cuts all over my body. They also reuse the same cooling gel, which feels unhygienic. I don’t have any medical conditions like PCOD, yet they blame the lack of results on my body type. This place feels like a scam and a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend VLCC for laser hair removal.
