The experience was nostalgic. Nostalgic because I felt like I was back in my neighbourhood aunty’s parlour where I would have to listen to her insult me and barely care about what I want.
The stylist completely disregarded my opinion and decided to do whatever he felt was best with my hair even though I repeatedly requested him for a particular style. It almost seemed like he was inexperienced in that area but resorted to insulting my choices rather than just asking for help or even telling me to upgrade to a senior stylist. My mistake for asking the reception to let anyone who’s free cut my hair. Then again you think a place like this wouldn’t really want to scam you.
And don’t bother calling them and giving them your feedback because they simply push the responsibility of actually doing something onto a higher authority who always seems to be in a meeting.
One star because their other services were good and I wouldn’t want to disregard the work of everyone else.

Got a massage done by Pasang and she was incredible! I had lots of knots/very tight muscles and she did a phenomenal job in working out each individual knot in every single limb. She was very attentive to my pain as well and was very polite. 100% recommend! Got a caviar facial done by Anita and she was also very lovey. She was very gentle with my sensitive skin and I came out with a visible difference. My face felt so much more hydrated and refreshed afterwards.

This was my first manicure and pedicure, and Bodycraft exceeded my expectations. I opted for the Guava Spa, and it was wonderful. The receptionist was so thoughtful—she even arranged a sandwich from Karachi Bakery when I mentioned I was hungry!

ABSOLUTE DISASTER & COMPLETE SCAM

I get so FURIOUS the moment I hear the word Body Craft! And I would never recommend any of their services!!
Last month I Fell for their “40% discount”- biggest mistake ever!
During my initial consultations I specifically requested for subtle highlights (colour 8/97) with NO BLEACH and was promised a complimentary senior hair stylist haircut. What I got was a NIGHTMARE!
They used a fine-tooth comb on my curly hair (seriously?!) and gave me a flimsy disposable cape. When they checked the colour – HORROR! My hair was BLEACHED TO HELL! They panicked and rushed to “tone” it, then the main stylist ABANDONED me because they were double booked! Another stylist took over, slapped a brown toner on my damaged hair, and gave me a pathetic trim instead of the promised haircut and told me how Ishould come to them every month to maintain the colour. Plus, they bleached my new t-shirt with their cheap cape! (Check out the pictures for yourself!)

My curly hair texture is completely ruined, it is so brittle and frizzy, and I have to use a hair mask after every hair wash cause that’s how bad it is!

THE WORST PART? ₹12,000 for this BUTCHERY! After a 40% discount!! (I had no energy to bargain the price that day because I had a terrible headache from all the hair pulling and sitting for nearly 6 hrs)

I went back demanding answers, and they promised their “admin team” would call. RADIO SILENCE! Not one call!

Been going to Bodycraft Koramangala for roughly 2 years and there’s one thing I look forward to each time – getting my nails done by the lovely Chandana.

She is consistent, committed, and always up for a challenge when I show her a Pinterest reference. She’s also patient and skilled, meaning I can leave decisions about my nail health to her too.

I get gel nails done, and the usual worry is that they will become thin and weak. She handles this concern beautifully and since switching over to her, my natural nails are long and strong too. Do head over and give her a chance to work some magic! ✨

I have done a permanent hair straighting from Body Craft Koramanga on Dec -2024. I have been doing this since 6 years with different parlours, this is the first time i visited body craft for a crown area touch up. Before the procedure my hair was good and only the bottom portion was having bit splits and dryness. After the procedure from body craft its been 3 months now and day by day hair condition going worst. Its became very dry and lost the natural behaviour. After a week of procedure i have noticed this and complainted to them, and their trainer Rachana examined and agreed the mistake and i was told that they will provide a fix after two months as the hair condition was worst. Last month also i reached out to her through whats app and no respose till now. Almost 15 k i waisted for the procedure and products.

Good doctors however the reception staff needs to really improve.
I have called them multiple times for my appointments over a course of recurring monthly visits.

They will either not pick or cut the call and do not return the call or if you manage to get hold of them and there is a mismatch in scheduling, they will tell you they will call back and they mostly never do.

The only way I get hold of them is when I contact Oliva’s central helpline number and they coordinate things for me.

It has been really wonderful experience. The doctors are really knowledge. Dr. Navya diagnosed my condition and told me the treatment to go ahead with. The relationship manger ms. Maria has been good support with the appointment. The staff here is really welcoming.

The worst experience ever!! Took 3.5 hrs for the therapist to do laser for just face underarms and bikini !! Therapist burnt my daughter’s forehead despite telling her that the laser was burning her skin and she did not reduce the frequency. People kept coming inside the room multiple times thereby invading my daughter’s privacy. The machine kept stopping intermittently. The Manager Tejaswini was trying to cover up and defending her staff but did not really empathize or take any action, then when I asked her to escalate the issue to head office, she simply stopped responding to my msgs.

My daughter had burn marks and I shared pics with customer care ( I had to call their hotline myself to complain) and emailed as well but absolutely no response from anyone. I’ve never dealt with such a bad organization before. Paid 51k for 4 laser sessions and extremely unhappy that I wasted my money on a clinic like this that does not care for customers.

Tejaswini was super sweet n nice while making me book the package but then just ghosted me when I raised this issue and never responded or called back to check.

The dermatologist herself admitted that 3.5 hrs is way too long but Tejaswini was defending even that. She was trying to tell me their machines are very advanced and hence they shut down or some such crap. Never heard such nonsense before.

They even made my daughter wait for another 30 min when she wanted to raise this issue with doctor after the procedure.

Pls stay away. Sharing pics 3 days post laser, u can see the burn crusty marks on the forehead.

Akanksha – I’ve got my full body laser session done by Akanksha. She is very quick and knowledgeable about the process. Very good at what she does. She made me feel comfortable throughout the session. Overall a very nice experience. Would like her to take the rest of the sessions as well

Very bad experience, I paid so much for my treatment but they have no appointments generally, either I have to wait one or more month or they will give me some weird time on a weekday which is not possible for working people. They charge so much they should not give such bad experience. And even in clinic they generally make you wait for 30-40 mins, so what is even the point of appointments.

This is with regarding to LHR.
To begin with, Dr. Sindhuja as well as other doctors and the aestheticians (Madhu, Lily and others) have been absolutely professional, warm and skillful. No issues with them.

The real problem lies in poor scheduling, mismanagement and unprofessional handling led by team and the clinic manager at Olivia, Koramangala.

From my very first visit, appointments were mismanaged: shorter sessions booked, body parts skipped while , rushed treatments. I let it pass, like most of us do. But this last visit crossed the line. During my last visit, my pre-scheduled session was pushed last minute by the team. I adjusted, despite the inconvenience. However, after reaching around 25 mins late (ofcourse due to last minute change in the slot timing plus the infamous Bangalore traffic), I was met not with understanding but with unnecessary discussions and passive-aggressive conversations around the delay, and was again asked to skip a body part, by Shweta and the team. A further 15+ minutes were wasted discussing the delay instead of just getting started.

To make it worse, the treatment was rushed and there was visible urgency to accommodate another customer, when this was clearly communicated a day before when my appointment was pushed that how much time was required to complete my process.

The aestheticians, despite being excellent, were interrupted repeatedly, visibly pressured and constantly checked on like they were in a timed competition. Not fair to them. Not fair to me.

This has been a recurring issue: appointments cut short, rushed processes, poor patient communication and a general lack of accountability at the managerial level. From being forced to give a Google review on Day 1 to witnessing professionalism take a nosedive, it’s been exhausting. A good team under bad leadership. That’s what sums it up.

I sincerely hope Olivia’s management steps in and takes this feedback seriously. Lastly, also at this time and era, the appointment process can be automated to provide an additional option for customers to book the slots without any hassle. Because customers shouldn’t have to escalate or fight for basic courtesy and proper service.

I went for my dry skin problem. They suggested ointments that are good but the skincare kit they provide which is THEIR BRAND, that too in 1600 rupees, made my skin more dry after using only 3 times. For everyone they just suggest that without thinking that might be a problem.

Later, I was told to go after 3 week, it’s been 2 weeks and I am getting message in my WhatsApp that “Doctor has recommended you LT for your concern, would you like to start the session?”.

I wasn’t even told about this on the day of my consultation and out of no where they are suggesting me a entire process.

I regret every rupee I spent on [Cosmelan/VLCC indiranagr]. The treatment was a disaster, and I saw no results. The staff was unprofessional.

I’m extremely disappointed with the Cosmelan I received at VLCC indiranagar. I was expecting significant improvement in my skin, but unfortunately, I didn’t see any noticeable results. The treatment was not worthy, and the aftercare instructions were unclear.

The staff seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to address my concerns. The cost was also higher than expected.

I wouldn’t recommend this treatment to anyone. Perhaps others have had better experiences, but for me, it was a waste of time and money.

Before taking treatment I asked to cancel one treatment, Neelam and Piyu promised me that they are going to refund the amount within four months, but its been 5 months that they ddnt return me single rupee.

There is a person, her name is Neelam. She is a cunning lady who processed the EMI in a hurry using my phone and OTP’s.

Whenever I ask her about the refund, she was telling the stories that audit is going on and my health is not well like this.

They are eating the money and they are least bothered about it.

I was not aware of anything about EMI process. They processed everything without my opinion and now they are blaming me for all these.

I went with my sister for the treatment. Initially they told they are going refund my but now she is playing the drama stating management changed, so is telling many stories.
