My father is 85 yrs old with dementia. Occassionally he becomes very aggressive. Nilanjan cordinator from Carefirst home healthcare/ nursing home has organised Subrato as caretaker who is a Bengali. He speaks Hindi and bengali He is young energetic with very good patience and always keep smiling even at times when my father is aggressive, irritable. He is very adjustable, honest and reliable.

To Whom It May Concern, My name is Raghu, and I recently availed of your home care services. I would like to share my experience to highlight both a serious concern and a positive outcome. On the very first day, the caregiver assigned to me appeared to be untrained and lacked even basic knowledge or skills required for patient care. There was no prior assessment or verification of his qualifications or suitability for home healthcare responsibilities. This oversight severely compromised my comfort and safety. He was unable to understand even the most basic patient care needs, which led to an extremely distressing night where I was unable to sleep due to improper handling and lack of support. This level of negligence could have resulted in serious health consequences. I would like to understand who takes responsibility for such incidents where patient well-being is clearly at risk due to the company’s failure in proper staff vetting and deployment. After raising a formal complaint, I was relieved to have been assigned a new caregiver, Mr. Md Shahid who demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and discipline in his approach. He was attentive, understood my medical and personal needs, and provided care with sincerity and compassion. His support brought me significant relief and reassurance. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Sadique for his dedicated service and request the management to recognize his efforts. At the same time, I urge the company to implement stricter protocols for screening and assigning qualified caregivers to ensure patient safety and dignity are never compromised. Sincerely Raghu.s

We have taken home care services from Carefirst, The person who came was Shagufta ( shalu as we used to call her ) , she stayed with us for over six months to help my daughter's recovery journey. She was a very positive person with the right kind of attitude, she has supported and taken very good care. Over six months of association , she has become a friend and family member. She is sincere and committed to her job and ensures to keep the right atmosphere needed for recovery. She understands the need of the hour and acts accordingly. She is exemplary when it comes to nursing care and new comers should learn to develop right mindset like her.

Yesterday, we ordered oxygen from Carefirst Home Health Care. The service was excellent — prompt and reliable. The delivery person, Mr.Samar, was very helpful and courteous. He explained everything clearly and ensured we understood how to use the equipment properly. Really appreciate his support. Great experience overall!

I had taken Carefirst’s home nursing service for My father. Everything was smooth from the beginning to end. Mr Rajib Das, the care taker took good care of my father in his day to day work. He stayed and acted like a trusted family member. Also other admin staffs like Mr Niranjan, Mr Ramesh did timely follow up on logistics, arranged for deliveries like wheel chair, walkers on short notice and made sure we have to worry less in our time of difficulty. Highly recommended their service. Also, if they can expand their services to other smaller towns and cities in India, it will be helpful to much wider range of people.

Srikanta has been with us for 8 months to take care of our father. He is a sincere person who tried to engage with dad in the best possible ways...cheering him cleaning,talking to him and understanding the person's needs...which is very essential in elder care. For health reasons, I was required to have daily injections. My family reached out to several businesses but Carefirst were the quickest to respond and confirm a nurse, Sefali, that could come to my house in under an hour the same day and administer the shot. For five days, Sefali arrived on the dot, administered the injection so gently that I barely felt it and would leave promptly after payment. She has such a gentle, quiet, caring and kind demeanor.
