Have been to Celestial Music Store a couple of times over a year. First was to get some strings for my son's guitar and recently to get some drum sticks for my daughter. Both the times I easily found what I was looking for, the price was quite reasonable (almost equivalent to what I have seen online), and the staff kind, courteous and knowledgable! They are flexible, help you choose the right product and are efficient in quickly generating the invoice and you're done! Shall certainly keep going back for stuff I need in the future.

Music shop easily accessible, the shop is decent in size had collection of guitar, flute, drums. They can arrange if we want any instrument with specific brand. At present sewage laying work is going on and the traffic is on one side of the road only.

Though they said that my classical guitar head was broken which i accepted, they didn't return the money for the strings for that guitar which i purchased and which was as yet unopened

So I have been seeing this store for quiet some time now. Though I would always see two ladies in the main desk still never had a warm welcome each time I went. However I did recently purchase Ibanez guitar. They billed it for double of what is on Amazon. And worst of all the guitar had been damaged which I never knew. When I took it another place for service they said that guitar had been dropped and the fret board arrangements have been misplaced. It's so hard to play the guitar as the fret keeps having issues. Never recommend this place even for beginners or others too. Better to just go for online shopping.

Very arrogant response. Don’t have manners to talk to ppl. The lady over there has high headweight. Why is the owner not taking any action even after so many bad reviews about the same lady
