City AC services

Assigned AC installation job. One heavy rain and water is gushing indoor. No response to calls and messages. Meanwhile, i had recommended them two other locations, job not done well. Totally disappointed. They just want quick money. Not service oriented. Technician Sonu is not trustworthy.

They broke parts of my ac and ended up overcharging me by making excuses like it's old, already broken. Also, the quality of regular water service is really poor and not worth it. 1500 rs for doing nothing, highly unprofessional. They have no sense of speaking to the customers. Initially he was selling me the recharge of 45 psi at rs 5800 and when I told him i didn't want, he kept on convincing and bargained down to 4500. I clearly told him I was willing to get a new ac but he had some intellectual issues understanding that. I had booked via LG. Don't use their services.

Excellent Service for ACs. I called them on an urgent basis and they came within 1 hour and installed 3 old split ACs for.me. they are genuine also don't simply tell you to add or top-up gas and charge you extra. The technician Hussain is.very.knowledgable and well behaved. They completed all 3 AC installation within 5hours.

Please don't take service from these guys, they will spoil your AC later they will now answer to your calls. I have to redo it through Urban company. Urban company charges little extra but they do service very nicely.
