Customer Reviews
Comfortable seating, though the stage feels super close to the audience. The sound quality is good (not too low, not too overwhelming). In my case, I got adjusted to it. Good curation of shows. Location is great too. Lots of nearby awesome places to chill at later on or before. Can make a day out of it.
Shruti Kulkarni (☆ 4/5)

The place is good but not neat. Very untidy with stuff lying all around from mics to wall pictures, all lying on the floor. The carpet on the stage is so shabby.
Andrea Dsilva (☆ 3/5)

It was really great experience. There are ACs and the staff was really cool.
I think there could be some big chairs. I think it would be difficult for some people to sit in those chairs for more than an hour.
Nishanth Sanketh (☆ 4/5)

If you’re someone who enjoys standup and wanna see them live, this is possibly the best venue where you can catch your favourite comics when they’re performing here, and the primary reason for that is the venue being small. It is well maintained and provides a very intimate experience with the performer. Even when you’re sitting at the back, you don’t feel afar.
They also host open mics and you can see some prominent Bangalore based comics perform here every weekend. Haven’t seen a better venue than this.
utkarsh kapoor (☆ 5/5)

Limited seating capacity with cozy seats for small intimate gatherings specially comedy shows .
Aksaya Amit (☆ 5/5)

Small cozy space with less seating capacity. Feels closer to the artist.
Parth Gupta (☆ 5/5)

Small cozy place for stand up.
The ac acts up. It’s gets too cold or need to switch it off
Staff seems friendly

That Comedy Club offers a fantastic experience for those seeking live stand-up comedy. The venue itself is well-regarded, situated above Sherlock’s pub and providing a convenient setup. It’s clear the club prioritizes the performer’s comfort, which enhances the entire show for the audience – a truly appreciated aspect. You will always find quality performances, often featuring both established and emerging talents.
The club’s atmosphere is enjoyable, making it an ideal spot for a fun evening out. It is generally recommended to arrive early to secure a good seat, as space is somewhat limited. A pleasant addition is the chance to enjoy a drink at the pub downstairs after the show. A great choice for a night of laughter and entertainment.

Amazing place. No review Sadi this, but it’s on the top of Sherlock’s pub @ koramangla. Caught an act by Karunesh Talwar and definitely he does not need an introduction. The only thing I absolutely have a problem with is that they did not provide a single bottle of water or glass of water for the artist. They should really provide some bottle on the stage.
Anirban S (an1rb6n) (☆ 4/5)

Its a great place in Bangalore for Stand Up Comedy. You can find a good cafe and restaurant below this one. For youngsters and couples, its a good place to hangout. Limited seats, so should reach before time to grab a chair. Be the early birds.
shobhana manwar (☆ 4/5)

A good place to experience comedy. The place usually has some new comedians mixed with some already famous ones, so you may potentially be able to spot the next big one!
Shows are usually 2 hours on the dot. Make sure to get here a little early to ensure you get a good seat.
Service was a bit slow because of lack of servers. Seating is also a bit tight, so tall people beware.
Been here twice already- will definitely keep coming!
Muralikrishna Kavassery (Murali) (☆ 4/5)

Good place.. Very nice ambiance.. U have a bar and a restaurant outside of it.
While enjoying live comady you can order some cold drinks or beer. Whatever suits you.
Performance here are also good. You can book tickets of most of the show happening here online.
Restaurant outside of it is costly though.
Hiren J (☆ 4/5)

What a place. great place to enjoy stand up shows on weekend and weekdays I guess this is one of the most famous place where very good artists and stand up comedians perform just give a try and enjoy the laughter at this placem
Shubham Gupta (☆ 5/5)

It’s a stage setup where stand-up artists come and perform. The place is pretty small and compact. They usually have a small table right at the entrance so that you can beer before the act begins. I have seen couple of performances here. Few were really good, rest were ok. This club is at the top floor of Sherlock’s Pub. So once the act is over, you may grab a seat after coming downstairs and have food.
Chaitanya Gupta (☆ 3/5)

Amazing show! Sumit Anand was godly!! The jokes kept coming and we laughed till our cheeks hurt. Venue was great. Service was great. An amazing experience

Customer Reviews
A small, cozy spot perfect for a fun-filled evening of laughter! Just keep in mind the format—it’s a series of 10-15 minute stand-up sets by multiple artists, and the lineup isn’t revealed in advance, so expect some surprises.
I had a great night overall—some acts had me in stitches, while others were a bit ‘meh,’ but comedy is subjective, after all. For just ₹120, it’s definitely worth the entertainment. Plus, it’s a great way to support emerging artists who truly deserve an audience!
Beware if you driving by a car!! Could be hard to find parking!! No snacks/drinks at the spots as well!
Rahul Mohan (☆ 4/5)

Some OGs in the line up including Lalit, Kishore, Gaurav and others.
Always have a fantastic time listening to these guys and will come again.
Also at 200 per person, this show is a steal.
Cozy, comfy and casual with an aircon.
Went as a group of 4, and all had a great time.
Side Tip – BYOB, however uncertain if they allow it.
Water and toilet on site.
Harsh Agrawal (☆ 5/5)

The Entry is very shady
Clumsy and unclean..
The comedy room is small and sitting is very tight n congested..
But they somehow manage to get good and famous comedians (who do their trial shows here, which is fine).
I enjoyed Azeem’s n Shreya’s show here…
Aamir Modan (☆ 2/5)

Really had a great time here. I attended the show – Toxic Pyaar – Relationship Comedy ( Koramangala) with my friend.
Each of the performers did a great job at keeping all of us engaged. Many a times I would get worried about stand up because people would ask questions and I would be awkward. But today I didn’t feel that. The performers were humorous, yet kind, sensitive and fun
APOORVA RAVI (☆ 5/5)

Located in a terrible building. Only one person can walk at a time. Seats touch the stage. It is very uncomfortable to sit in front. They interact with their own friends and not with the audience. It was clearly, totally scripted even when they pretended and claimed to be authentic.
Sarfaraz Iraqui (☆ 1/5)

NEW FAV IN KORAMANGALA ♥️
Had walked into the venue on a Saturday eve with some friends for the “20s vs 30s” show. We were taken by surprise kyunki quality of the comedy of everyone on stage was so good.
In the later weeks, I saw shows of comedians from Mumbai and Delhi performing in Ministry of Comedy, and have finally become a regular there. Cheers to the team for doing great!
Rajat Taneja (☆ 5/5)

Kind of small and cosy, like an intimate gathering kinda space. Loved the initial music before the show and loved the show too!!

I attended #mightbevivek stand up comedy here and it was too good.Loved the show.I was so happy that Vivek performed for a long time.
About Just Blr comedy club the whole show was conducted very well.
Beer was priced at 600 which I felt was very expensive, event concerts don’t charge that much.
Also we paid 500rs and booked tickets on @bookmyshow but then when we were entering the venue they were selling tickets at 200rs.We booked 10 tickets and felt we paid a lot when we could have just got it for cheaper price at the venue.
Rohitha Gera (☆ 4/5)

Initially as there was nobody for the show we thought this was a waste of money, but once the show started we laughed continuously till my back hurts due to laughing
It was wonderful,if you want some fun and have time you can definitely come here
Subhash Gunda (☆ 5/5)

Few folks standing in front of Just BLR happened to tell that there was a Kannan Gill show upstairs and I decided to attend it. They charged Rs. 200 each, of which 100 was redeemable for food/beverages. Food tasted good but absolutely not worth what was charged. Unfortunately, the Kannan Gill show they told about was a bluff, and it was just a couple of comedians trying their new content.
M D'Silva (☆ 3/5)

Went for one of their weekday shows. Good fun. Highly recommended if you’re around Brigade Road.

Artkhoj:
A Potential Platform for Artistic Expression
Assuming Artkhoj is a platform or organization, let’s explore its potential role in the arts ecosystem:
Connecting Artists and Audiences:
If Artkhoj effectively bridges the gap between artists and audiences, it could be a valuable resource for both. By providing a platform to showcase talent and discover new performances, it can contribute to a thriving arts scene.
Diverse Range of Performances:
A strong Artkhoj would offer a diverse range of performances, catering to different tastes and preferences. From classical music and dance to contemporary theater and experimental art forms, a wide spectrum of artistic expressions would enrich the platform.
Supporting Emerging Artists:
Providing opportunities for emerging artists is crucial for the growth of the arts community. Artkhoj could play a vital role in nurturing young talent by offering platforms to showcase their work and connect with potential patrons.
Accessibility and Affordability:
Making the arts accessible to a wider audience is essential. Artkhoj should strive to offer performances at affordable prices and in accessible locations.

I sincerely wish it was better. It was a bit mixed in my opinion. What was great was that it was different folks, so atleast not stuck with the dry jokes for too long. Some of the pulling the leg from the audience was borderline humiliating which I didn’t appreciate. But overall a good platform for upcoming stand ups!
Would I go again? Likely not
Meenakshi Ravindran (☆ 3/5)

It was a Monday night .. there were just 3 of us but they put on a show .. it was an intimate setting & really good comics. I also kind of felt bad for them also, but you could really sense the effort they put in all because they wanted to make someone laugh on a Monday night. So yes kudos to the team! I will definitely be back & recommending this to everyone.
vartika gupta (☆ 5/5)

Small place but event was good.
AC was not enough for small crowd of 25-30 people also.
Food was good in below resturant “Flax”
pankaj narayandasani (☆ 4/5)

Had a great time. I came for a Neville Shah show. But the only con was the cramped space and bad cooling system not enough for the number of people allowed.
Kanad Bhattacharjee (☆ 4/5)

I have to admit, I was a bit surprised by the small crowd. With a seating capacity of only 10 people, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But let me tell you, the intimacy of the setting only added to the experience.I’m already planning to revisit with my friends. I know they’ll love it just as much as I did.
Thank you for an unforgettable evening. Keep doing what you’re doing, and I have no doubt you’ll continue to amaze and inspire audiences everywhere.
ganesh sinalkar (☆ 5/5)

Booked a show through book my show only to reach this place and find out after 10mins that show has been cancelled.
No intimation of any kind, no person to notify us, had to ask around to figure out, did not cancel the show on the app so had to work with customer care for a frigging refund. And ruined a nice weekend by booking a show at this place. Professional by this place is non existent.
Went looking for fun and was made fun of instead!!
