Croma - Electronic City

I will definitely not recommended buying electronics from here. Before this I was a very loyal customer for Croma and the experience was already good. Have purchased almost all the home electronics from Croma. But this place has really pathetic service. I bought an Air cooler here and first day itself it stopped working. So I had raised tickets for exchange and after a week long discussion they said that product is not available anymore. So I had to waste my time again and visit the store to upgrade to another costly product. So again after 4 days I got the delivery and this time the air cooler did not turn on as well. All the screws were fallen in box. And So now I have again raised the ticket and they are sending someone to repair a brand new piece since two days. And pathetic thing is their store phone number updated on site itself is not working. Looks like they are simply sending out the old age products or trying to clear the old stock that's being returned by customers. No one is even bothered to understand. Just don't buy here. You are not going to like to wait for 2 to 3 weeks for a working product.

If I had no star I had given u that ..I purchased TCL QLED Tv here they took 2 days to delivery ..now again 2days for installation ..no one yet come ..if you call them they don’t give correct answer ..they say have stock ..once u pay money than real game starts ..if you call number available in google ..always switch off ..strongly recommend don’t buy here ..if you need mental trauma than all the best …go head

Recently bought Croma 32inch TV. After 1 month the TV flickered. Tried calling the showroom,where no one responded. Raised a complaint & new TV was replaced which was again a defective piece. I have claimed for a refund. It's been now 3 weeks but no action taken. Do they really do a quality checking before it reaches the market for sale? I wanted to buy Croma water heater but dropped my plan after this bad experience. Moreover the team doesn't have any updation about what is communicated.

The service was worst... I purchased the FABER chimney last week.. still installation is pending , no one cares from Cromo or Faber side .. they said someone will call and visit..after escalating ,nonuse. The customer care simply says they will ask someone to fix it...

The staff was seriously uninterested in even attending us, they all were just standing and chit chatting. No professionalism at all. There is Reliance digital opposite to this store. The experience was much better there and we were actually able to make decision with the help of Salesman guidance and buy phone

Recently we purchased a Water purifier here, the overall purchase experience is good. Special Thanks to @Suchitra, she helped me with a proper explanation of every RO and she is so friendly and patience as we visited couple of time the showroom every time she is polite and make us comfortable which made us purchase here.

Extremely poor service..ordered fridge 4 days back..the person said it will be delivered within the next 2 days.after 2 days I called them ,they said next day it will be delivered .today again the same song,it will be delivered tomorrow. Purely irresponsible people..don't purchase anything from here,, they speak nicely till you pay for the order..as soon as they take money from you .they don't feel responsible for their words.. Pathetic experience Update today- the delivery person came to deliver and since our house is on the third floor,which was clearly mentioned in the address..he said he cannot deliver today and tomorrow or day after tomorrow he will deliver. So I wanted to cancel the order.so I came to the shop ,they are saying process will take 1 week to cancel the order. Horrible experience don't ever purchased anything.
