I opted for diploma in cyber security and it covers all the necessary course I wanted to study in this field and my instructor rohitansu sir is a very great teacher he always helps and motivate us. He is very knowledgeable person and experience in his field. The studying environment is great there all Air-conditioned and well maintained and cleaned and good space to study in groups. I truly recommend this institute for your studies so go for it make your dream future come true..

I have enrolled in the Diploma in Cyber Security course at Indian Cyber Security Solutions in Kolkata, and I must say it has been a fantastic learning experience. The institute has provided me with valuable training in ethical hacking, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. One of the highlights of my learning journey was the opportunity to intern at this institute, which allowed me to gain practical, real-world experience.
So far, I have completed two courses, namely CCNA and Ethical Hacking, and I am extremely satisfied with the knowledge and skills I have gained. The trainers, sourav saha and Debasis biswas, have been exceptional, and their expertise has greatly enhanced my learning process.

It has now been 10 days since I raised my complaint, and I am still waiting for a real solution. I received a response from someone named Sangita, who thanked me for my feedback and said they made "some changes" after speaking with the instructor. She encouraged me to attend the next sessions, but the issues go beyond just attending classes.
The course materials are poorly prepared—they lack proper PPTs, and the instructor mainly uses Notepad, writing one word at a time. They don’t cover all topics as promised; instead, they just read out definitions, which is far from the in-depth instruction I expected for a professional certification.
Attending more sessions under these conditions would just waste more of my time. I had hoped for a better response, but the organization seems unwilling to address the root issues seriously. I’ll continue to update this review based on any further actions, but for now, my experience with ICSS has been disappointing.
