They were able to recover the data, but I felt the communication could have been better. They should give you the option to see the data after scanning so that the customer has assurance. They promised it in one day and then it kept getting delayed as they saw more issues. It's better to be open in the beginning and say that this is how long it will take and this is how much you need to pay so that the customer can make a informed decision. I do think they worked hard at getting the data but if they allowed more transparency it would have been a better experience.

I contacted Techchef for data recovery from a faulty hard disk that contained a couple of important files.
