Went for my laptop repair Dell latitude 7400 2 in 1, which is very premium professional laptop. The shop person is very gentle and genuine, inspect the laptop in front of me. With in 30 min he sorted out the issue and resolved the issue.

Had given a laptop for service.
Kept laptop with him for almost 2 months.
Everyday he will say that the laptop will be ready by tomorrow.
He returned the laptop saying it’s working and it started once and again the issue started. They charged 3500 for that.
Had to visit him again for laptop check.
After 2 months and visiting for multiple times And after long waiting in the shop, he finally returned the laptop without the issue saying that it cannot be repaired.
I had to all the circus to get my money back.
He returned ₹2500.
Lost ₹1000, 2 months of constant effort, laptop is in worse condition than what it was.
On top of everything, when I checked the laptop in another service centre, many motherboard components were missing.
Be very careful before handing your laptop.

I had provided my laptop for keyboard replacement. The laptop was brand new as I have not used it beyond normal browsing and it was pretty fast. Post the repair the laptop takes atleast 3-5 minutes for the reboot and keyboard is not smooth. The laptop feels old and used compared to what was given for repair

I did drop my laptop here to be repaired later they told motherboard need to be repaired will cost 5500 but i said no they simply scratched motherboard and inside packed and gave to me.
Later another repairing center opened laptop in front of me, then i came back to them and they refused.. Then i argued and finally they accepted and said they will repair but they simply did put old laptop motherboard and took 5500 ..still my laptop is slow and now it do not supports latest driver updates.
Beware of these unprofessional thieves.

Never leave your laptop there. Actually I had laptop keyboard issue within 6 months they changed 3 time they gave duplicate keywords, after fixing keyboard mouse pad issue came and every time they will ask to leave your laptop they kept my laptop for 15 days. Instead of two days and they will remove original parts from your laptop and will fix duplicate one.

Today I went here for my Asus TuF gaming laptop not turning on the issue. To my surprise they tried all the possible things to resolve the issue in front of me which is not quite common in most of the service centres. unfortunately my laptop is having issues with the motherboard. They politely guided me with further actions and were not at all forced to do repairs right away. I asked some time and they were absolutely fine with that and they didn’t even charge anything for inspection.
