Extremely Unprofessional – No Refund, Misleading Claims, Now Taking Legal Action
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I paid for a project consultation but had to cancel due to a medical condition and surgery. Despite repeated follow-ups, they refused to refund the amount—even though there were no refund terms mentioned in the NDA or invoice.
No actual work was done—only one introductory meeting with a consultant took place. Yet, they falsely claimed that a major portion of the project was completed. The only document shared was a generic preliminary report, clearly copied from the internet, and sent even before taking any real input from my side.
Be warned: They will tell you payments are taken in phases, but once you make the first payment, they will keep asking for more—without showing any actual progress.
After getting the payment, they stop responding to calls or emails. Their true face is revealed only after the money is paid.
On top of that, staff will insist you leave a 5-star review early on, even before any real work is done. This is clearly done to mislead future clients.
I now have no option but to pursue legal action.
Avoid this company. Do not make any payments without written proof of deliverables. This has been a complete breach of trust and a terrible experience.
