Hello everyone, My name is Rajnish, and I am from Patna, Bihar. I began my UPSC preparation journey in August 2022, and soon after, I joined NIA. Since then, NIA has played a vital role in shaping my preparation, providing continuous support and guidance. He listens to each student with great patience and empathy, and always offers practical, personalised solutions to our challenges. These conversations have helped me remain focused and accountable throughout my preparation. 2) The 5 AM Club This initiative encourages students to start their day early by completing specific tasks in a group setting. It has helped me build consistency, self-discipline, and a productive daily routine—qualities that are invaluable for a UPSC aspirant. 3) Prelims Mentorship Program (By Arun Gorky Sir) This program is deeply process-driven and analytical. Under the expert guidance of Arun Gorky Sir, we explore the logic behind previous year questions and develop core prelims skills such as elimination, conceptual clarity, and analytical thinking. This mentorship is especially helpful for those aiming to clear Prelims in a short yet focused preparation span. 4) Mains Mentorship Program (By Arun Gorky Sir) The Mains program is also led by Arun Gorky Sir. He provides a clear and repeatable framework for answer writing, which makes it possible to tackle even the most unexpected questions with confidence. If one follows the process he teaches, answer writing becomes both systematic and impactful. 5) Highly Consolidated Test Series The test series for both Prelims and Mains are highly aligned with the actual UPSC pattern. They are well-structured, concise, and focused, allowing us to assess our preparation realistically and make consistent improvements. In conclusion, I can confidently say that NIA helps students channel their energy and time in the most productive way, focusing on process, discipline, and skill-building. I am truly grateful for the integrity, honesty, and genuine care shown by Sumanth Sir and Arun Gorky Sir. Their mentorship has been a cornerstone of my UPSC journey, and I remain deeply thankful for their unwavering support. Thank you.

This is Palak Yadav from Kanpur,The learnings from today's session were very enriching and provided a clarity towards the UPSC competition.Some of which are: •Treating this exam as a game where we need to focus on our foundation so that when we launch ourselves,there is no scope of losing. •This is a game of skills where knowledge does play a role but skills rule the entire scenario. • In this exam we have to keep our preparation outcome oriented not process oriented. • we need to keep in mind we are preparing for becoming civil servants not teachers so presence of mind is more important than mugging up the syllabus. •The ace in this game is note making which has to be done through current affairs interconnection . •Our purpose and inspiration behind this exam should be clear . • We should be clear about our energy draining barriers which hamper our path of greatness in order to work upon them.

It was really v nice. Being an engineering student I am having difficulties in time management and I know and believe that this problem will also be sort out by completing of this session with you and your efforts for us as yesterday was my first class. It was really v helpful as u also told u will be giving us all books in online medium and everything about how to study current affairs and all that.

One of the best coaching institute which gives us confidence and encourage in our journey. Here we will not only prepare for UPSC exam whereas we try to build ourselves better day by day . One such is the energy huddle of 5am club which is very essential in building ourselves better.

In 1st class, I learned about how to write means in what way we can get maximum marks like making points, giving example and explaining with diagram. Focus should be more on skills rather than knowledge.
