DNA Dance N' Addiction Studio

After a long time, I’ve finally found a dance studio that feels just right — DNA (Dance and Addiction). If you’re truly addicted to dance, this is the place to be! What I love most about DNA is their approach. They don’t just jump into choreography. Each class begins with a strong focus on building the foundation — and that makes all the difference. Punith Sir teaches with calm, patience, and clarity. He gently corrects, guides, and ensures every move feels right. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’m so glad to be dancing again with the right guidance. Highly recommend!

Hands down one of the best studios in the heart of Bangalore. The lighting of the studio is very apt for any kind of shoots and workshops, they have good space as changing rooms and hygienic washroom making the overall experience even better. I started learning hiphop level 2 from Punith for the last 4 months, and me coming from a classical background and learning this completely different form of dance has been insightful. They teach various forms of dance and each type has different level batches so there’s something for everyone out there. I strongly recommend DNA.

When I first started dancing, I had no idea how to move or stay in rhythm. I used to feel nervous and unsure. But today, I can proudly say I’ve improved—and it’s all thanks to Punith sir. DNA just feels so comfortable and inviting. The choreographers are excellent. They keep the classes sufficiently easy while providing enough opportunities for growth. They have regular classes in all the major forms giving enough options for most folks. Weekend workshops with many major choreographers in the country is a norm here in case someone desires to learn from them. The dance community that calls this place home is very supportive and helping. Also this is a great place to meet people from different walks of life. Overall would strongly recommend to anyone be it beginner or an experienced dancer.

THEY KEEP RUINING MY WEEKENDS INVEST IN SOUNDPROOFING I live in the builiding where the studio is located - my weekends are perpetually ruined by LOUD music from morning to evening (so much so that the floor vibrates at times) I'd ask them to be chill about it (and i have), but I suppose their ears don't work properly; probably damaged from the constant barrage of loud music they subject themselves to. Kindly invest in sound-proofing, give me my peace back.

Thanks to the team for the sangeet choreography. Punith mainly helped us with the it. He is a great choreographer and understands the/ quality/limit of a participant. Additionally, I am thankful to the patience he had shown during the sessions. We took a package of 10 sessions for a 5min choreo. The pricing is reasonable and much much justified. I, a non dancer, passed through Sangeet.

A great dance class to go, the instructors are very good.I am taking bollywood-L3 batch from Jeevitha, and she is simply the best.Me, being untrained in any dance form and only with a zest to dance, got a home for dancing. 🙂 I got all the support from Jeevitha to push myself and can see myself clearly growing. The space and infrastructure is also good. Go for it.
