Prizma Academy

I joined Prizma Academy two years ago to learn German (Deutsch) A1 and had a great learning experience. Although I didn’t take the exam back then, I recently rejoined the course to brush up on my skills and finally cleared the A1 exam! The institute provides a solid foundation for beginners and also helps with thorough exam preparation through mock tests and practice sessions. The trainers are supportive and knowledgeable, making the learning process easy and engaging. The management is also very responsive. They arranged my classes quickly and were open to feedback, which helped improve the overall experience. I’m really happy with my journey here and would definitely recommend Prizma Academy to anyone looking to learn a new language with confidence.

Over the last four months, my German speaking, reading, listening, and writing skills have improved tremendously. Initially, I lacked the confidence to speak German, but now I can use it in my workplace and understand so much more. This has greatly helped me integrate into the country and learn more about the culture. The classes are highly personalized and effectively target skill improvement. Sahil is a great manager who ensures both teachers and students make consistent progress. I highly recommend these classes to anyone looking to improve their German!

Pros: The academy’s language courses, particularly in German and Spanish, are well-structured, and many students have made significant progress, especially at the A1 level. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful, and they take a hands-on approach to teaching, which makes learning engaging. For those with busy schedules, weekend classes are a great option, allowing students to balance work and learning effectively. Additionally, the courses are reasonably priced and accessible. Cons: While the academy provides a good foundation in language learning, some students found the progress in higher levels, like A2, to be slower than expected. The class durations of 1-2 hours can sometimes feel short for more in-depth coverage of topics. Additionally, communication and follow-up services are areas where the academy could improve. For example, promised exam preparation classes for some students never materialized, and customer service, particularly regarding course inquiries, has been criticized for being unresponsive. Another downside is the lack of a formal course completion certificate, unless students opt to take an official exam like DELF for French or Goethe for German. In conclusion, Prizma Academy offers a good learning environment and qualified instructors, but its administrative issues and lack of follow-through with promised services can be frustrating. If you're committed to putting in the effort, you’ll likely see good results, but be prepared for occasional hiccups in communication and organization.

Overall a good institute provided you are willing to put all the efforts you can. attended A1 and A2 german classes here. Great progress in A1 and okayish progress in A2.. They said they were going to provide follow up exam prep classes. But didn't heard back from them.

Just completed my A1 level Spanish speaking class with Prizma Academy. It was really good the way they took the classes and explained all basics about Spanish language. The faculties are really good and helpful. Since I am working, my classes were held only on weekends. This is a really good institute for learning foreign language. You do not get a course completion certificate from the institute at the end of the course (level). They will give you a certificate confirming you've joined the course. For course completion certificate you need to write Delle exam.

I attended German A1 and A2 at Prizma. I am quite satisfied with my progress I have made. The German instructor is quite knowledgeable with regards to the language. The only issue I found during my time, was that the classes only ran for 1-2 hours. But regardless, I am thankful for the effort everyone at Prizma academy.
