IRSHAD

The campus is neat, clean, and spacious — it gives a good impression overall. However, I had a very disappointing experience during my visit today. While I was inside the lift, a teacher used inappropriate and disrespectful language towards me, just because I was standing in front of him. As a visitor, I did not expect such rude behavior from a faculty member. It was an uncomfortable moment that left a negative impression , despite the well-maintained campus.

I did my PU, UG, PG from here so let me share you everything. Starting from Hostel it’s always the” FOOD is Worst ” I used to get diarrhea every week (can’t digest baking soda) (For Girls Hostel is definitely worth it though)

Infrastructure: 10/10 ( made by charging very high fees from student)

Curriculum : 10/10 ( designed so well that you need not to study extra for getting placed at 3 LPA companies, you are provided with Student Development Program for free, Global Certification for free ‘after charging 10x fees)

Faculty: i’mma say it’s a mix of super useless professors and extremely talented professors to grudge keeping to sweet ones and knowledgeable. 6/10

Student Life : fckd up beyond recognition with highly introverted students and pretty racists among ‘NON – KANNADIGAS’, you might get smacked for that too. No Pun intended. Just for non stop entertainment 3/10.

Placement: 100 percent placement if you are disciplined you will get 3 LPA to 5 LPA and for other branches too it’s average with highest off campus out of 2400 students 1 got 40 LPA. (Many students got letter of intent but no letter of joining since companies are not interested in poor quality students) (It’s always the students by the way)

Ranking: Currently 4th best private college in Karnataka ig. Everything is good but I wouldn’t recommend take admission since you’ll regret it.

I recently visited, for a seminar meeting. The campus is quite large and located right in the heart of the city, with good bus connectivity. Morning sports practice was going on when I arrived — the students seemed very active and energetic.

The college has multiple seminar halls, separate buildings for different courses, and several entry points, which makes it easy to access. There are two to three canteens and cafeterias, all clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere is peaceful and perfect for studying.

They also host many company seminars and outdoor events, which is great for student exposure. Overall, it’s a well-organized and vibrant campus.

I’ll skip the factual details – anyone can find those on various portals. But as for my journey, Christ University has given me the gift of thought, a new perspective, and, in many ways, a new life. For that, I will always be grateful.

It takes a while to truly see and appreciate Christ for what it is….beyond the strict CIA deadlines, dress codes, and other regulations (popular narratives about Christ on the internet lol). But once you do, you realize how lucky you are to be part of something so dynamic, so colorful, and so culturally alive. Christ is a place that constantly breathes life into its students.

I always dreamed of being part of the English department at Christ, and now that I’m about to graduate, it feels like a whirlwind of emotions. It’s been a rollercoaster, and I’m so incredibly glad Christ happened to me.

Oh, and if you’re on campus right now – this is the best season to be here. Everything is blooming and booming with color and beauty, just like the memories I’ll carry with me.

As an MBA aspirant, visiting PES University for my admission process was an experience in itself. The moment I entered the campus, I could sense the energy and discipline that the institution is known for. The infrastructure is modern, clean, and well-planned, with dedicated spaces for academic sessions, group discussions, and student activities.

The admission staff were friendly, professional, and quite supportive — they guided me through the application process, document verification, and campus tour without any hassle. What stood out was how approachable the faculty members were. I had a brief interaction with a couple of professors, and their insights about the MBA program, specializations, and placement support genuinely impressed me.

The campus vibe felt motivating — you can see students actively involved in projects, discussions, and club activities. It isn’t just a place for classroom learning, but a hub for innovation, networking, and personal growth.

What added to my excitement was hearing about the strong placement records, industry tie-ups, and the various workshops they conduct to groom students for corporate life. PES truly seems like a place where future business leaders are nurtured.

I walked out feeling more confident about my decision and honestly can’t wait to be part of this community!

Really a great place to study and get exposure to many groups technical and non technical ones.

4 years ago this place had good facilities, professors and of course some exceptional students. Now they are taking it to a whole new level.

So many buildings and departments are being built to give the students world class infrastructure. Right from the library to R&D centres all the students will have access with the respective HOD permissions.

There is no need to move to another country to get these offerings anymore just PES is enough. There are even great sports centers built so not only education but you can excel here in any field.

Great college. Amazing placements for CS and IS students. Small campus with lots of students, generally crowded. Self sufficient and magnificent infrastructure. Not so much playing space. One basketball court, two cricket grounds, 1 new building of 14 floors. Turf place to play football and street cricket. Two floors of parking space but not adequate for the entire campus. Good hostel with comfortable rooms but no internet unfortunately. The campus is WiFi enabled on a secure network (requires username and password). Tons of research labs and hackathons.

My first day of college was a mixture of excitement ,nervousness and curiosity. The environment felt new and slightly overwhelming, but also full of possibilities.

* The orientation sessions were helpful in giving an overview of the campus and academic expectations.
* The sessions provided clear insight into the academic structure and course registration and college rules and regulations.

Those students who said the negative about this college is actually true they have very poor management. I apply in this college for mca and then I ask them a very simple question placement what is the avg package and highest package of your campus for mca ? Did they answer me yes but how did the conversation goes
Yes sir? What do you want to know
Sir I want to know the placement of mca for this college
Sure sir we have 300+ companies that visit our campus and we have 100% placement
Sir but can you tell me what’s the avg and highest package for mca
Yeah sir I will share you the details on your WhatsApp number

Conversation ends
Next hour you try to reach them sir actually we are in the meeting we’ll update you then they don’t

I had a conversation with another counselor named hemant he was very rude with me I asked him the same concern and he told me that
We have 300+ companies and you can check the post on our Instagram page, you can check since when our university is running the mca course and then he asked do you think we can run this course without any placement and then I asked him ki sir I don’t see much students on LinkedIn from your college for mca & for that he answered me ki is it compulsory to have a LinkedIn profile for mca students and I said why not ?
Then he told me that do you want to cancel your admission toh I told him ki did I say that I asked you my concern that’s all so he said ki I am not able to get what’s your concern didn’t I clearly stated that I wanna know the placement and why there is not visibility

Bro trust me my money got stuck beacuse of this counselors and I don’t want you to repeat the same mistake as I did
So please do not take admission in this college and I am telling you they will comment on my comment and will try their best to make this review as fake do not listen to these money looters

My college , where i spent my late teens
I studied fashion and apparel design in GCU
When you first join you will be enthralled by the campus, just like the name , garden city , filled with Bougainville flowers bushes and trees, before the classes resume there would be a ten day orientation program where they try to understand the freshers and the students can participate in various activities and programs , i felt ten days was a bit long , coming to the last days orientation we all felt bored . Two years went quite well but coming to the third most of our favourite teachers resigned due to which i was lagging in a few subjects and wasn’t that interested to come to college, summing it up you would have all the facilities that a student need within the campus , be it mess, food court, juice shop , printout shops.

I am talking about the pariksha bhavan which looks like BU office .

2 star only because atleast students get their marks card and degree eventually at the end.

Apart from that there is no proper communication channel for BU . The college affiliated to it are also not sure of its next move .

Visited the place , looks like under construction and no proper organization in the building. I have seen people waiting for marks card for many years .

I was fortunate to get my mark sheet on time after few visits .

Please speed up your process, atleast learn from vtu who have digitised their platform and serve the students well.

The university doesn’t even care for The students ,delaying in result,no action on complaint raised. But taking money for exams re-exams and other unnecessarily procedure and notification, topnotch, this the only thing they are good at.

I would never recommend BU for anyone I know.It should be minus rated .

Money sucking lazy gooses, I applied for B.Sc convocation in beginning of 2014 and the certificate was printed on 12th of June 2014. But when I visited the university to collect it the lazy workers gave me difficult run around from college to university. Also they collected fee for the second time for convocation certificate. Paid around ₹700 on October 2014 for the certificate which was already printed and never received, almost 11 years ago.

I can take this incident legally but it again gives run around since law and justice is costly in our country.

This went on for almost 10 years giving a student mental torture. After almost 11 years that is in 2025 April I received my certificate after giving extra money to do their job searching my certificate. Very worst ever experience for life.

My recent experience with Nrupathunga University’s examination services was deeply disappointing. The facilities appeared outdated, and there was a pervasive lack of basic maintenance. The environment was distracting and uncomfortable, significantly hindering the ability to focus on the exam itself.

The most concerning aspect was the perceived lack of professional conduct amongst the invigilation staff. Their approach felt overly scrutinizing and created a stressful atmosphere for students. Improved student support and facility upgrades are urgently needed.

IGNOU students don’t select this as your Examination centre. I repeat never ever select.

1. The Invigilation staff is third class and lacks professionalism. They simply judge you by looks.

2. They simply come and disturb you every 10 minutes in the name of checking.

3. Benches and rooms are very cheap and they have never changed since 1947, backpain, no comfort to sit and write, also no fan working, no ventilation.

4. Invigilators act like UPSC exam in front of students, they keep chit chatting, eating, playing on their phone, watching reels, texting their loved ones etc etc.

5. If a student just sees here and there, simply they will come and make a scene, talking cheap words, yelling , even though you are not copying or having any kind of copying material. They treat you like you are copying and humiliate with their cheap words.

6. Totally disturbance .

7. Select some different exam centres, if you want to write well and feel well.

8. If the institute feels there is anything false in this review or anything can directly contact me. I can show everything in detail.

9. IGNOU guys select different exam centres and enjoy .

10. SELECT DIFFERENT EXAM CENTRE IF YOU GUY’S DON’T WANT TO SUFFER.

Note: If you are an IGNOU student and suffered the same, try to react to my review, so that we can save the future IGNOU students from this toxic environment.

Don’t think twice to save someone’s time and effort.

The university currently faces significant challenges, including a lack of essential services and irregular cleaning. I am pleased to learn that the government is considering the possibility of closing this institution. Additionally, I would like to express my concerns regarding the behavior of the clerk responsible for issuing fee receipts. Her conduct has been unprofessional, and she has shown a lack of respect towards our parents.

While the university has constructed a substantial building, I fear that it may fall into disrepair due to inadequate maintenance.

I kindly request that the management address the issue of the clerk’s rudeness, as it has been a persistent concern.

Unfortunately, my experience at this college has been marred by the unprofessional behavior of one particular office lady responsible for distributing marks cards and handling fees. She often speaks rudely to students and shows favoritism, creating a negative atmosphere in what should be a supportive environment.

On the other hand, the teachers are genuinely dedicated and knowledgeable, making the learning experience enjoyable. They are always willing to help students and provide valuable guidance.

Overall, while I appreciate the quality of education, the poor treatment from this office staff member tarnishes the overall experience.

The only reason I’m giving 4 star is because of my faculties (only teaching staff)
And whenever i think about adminstration this is the worst I’ve ever seen in my entire academic life especially that women from Admission office with full of ego and anger whenever I go to raise any queries I feel that I’m in SBI bank

The college was good when it was autonomous but after the affiliation to state University(NRUPATHAUNGA UNIVERSITY) the standards are below par.

Placement cell:
For just show case they have placement cell in the college . I didn’t see single placement from Life sciences and not more than 10 from physical sciences with combined strength of around 600 to 700 people belonging to passed out batch. They allowed job fair in the college, where some companies wanted commerce students (in science college ).

Teachers and lab:
AS of now, the first 2 batches of University had the worst facilities and the same old 1960s discoveries syllabus, nothing updated and old faculty who followed routine methods of teaching , where they made most of the students to waste their time on writing records. Though some faculties tried to introduce some reforms, the old faculty doesn’t want to stress on themselves because they were not ready to agree with the permanent faculty of younger generation.

Guest faculty:
The guest faculty had no idea of what’s happening with students and they never bothered whether the students understood the concept. If questioned you could be targeted.

Students:
Even some students too behaved like rogues for some reason having fights for old fashioned senior junior miscommunication or ego, they didn’t understand the sole reason why they come to the college .
This was the overview of how the college was from 2020 to present date .Students and parents visit the college and have conversation with some faculties and also the current batch students about the current situation, make conclusion out of it before joining the college.
These things could change in near future once construction work completes . Until then the management wont be focused on research and advancements.

I am currently pursuing an undergraduate program in Japanese at BCU, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. The academic environment, supportive staff, and top-notch infrastructure all exceed expectations. Every time I step onto campus, I’m reminded of how fortunate I am to be part of such a dynamic and inspiring institution. It truly feels on par with the best universities around the world, and I’m proud to be studying here.

This is a good university under which there are many colleges affiliated. They take incharge of the colleges and the activities they cater to. The staff members are friendly to students. The location of this university is on the main road and there is parking for vehicles inside the university only. The only thing is that the staff members don’t receive calls when we wanted to contact them for any queries. We have to directly visit the university if we want any clarifications. There is also a metro nearby for easy access to those students living far away from the college.

Worst thing a human can ever create on this planet. It literally destroyed my life and career you can never expect anything on time. I want to apply for master but coz of their lack of examinations and delaying dates am not able to and I had to take a gap for a year. Even if I die I would never recommend this University to my worst enemy. Please rather stay uneducated than joining this University.

Overall everything is good, you get good education as well and you can complete you degree but as for the
facilities they don’t have drinking water facility. Construction are still going. But if you want to study this might be good but “don’t expect jobs available for you because they don’t have placement cell” remember if your looking for job and better future do
not join this college…..!!!! If You want to enjoy your college life “you are always welcome ” overall it’s a beautiful place during rainy season and fall.

***Caution: Do NOT Join This University for any courses especially Mathematics for Master’s (google review doesnt have –100000 in review orelse sure i was giving that)
I regret my decision deeply. If you’re considering MSc Mathematics or whatever in 2025, please reconsider. This could turn out to be one of the worst academic decisions you ever make.As it is extremely disappointing. The faculty is not kind or supportive, and despite their knowledge, they set unnecessarily difficult question papers without delivering proper, understandable classes We’re MSc students, but they treat us like scholars.May be they would set difficult QP for next sem after seeing this. They act so strict which is unneccesary in master’s as students who take up master is usually someone above 23 they need to take care of their family who are for sure middle class people who need side earnings too.But they never understand such things, they simply say its masters read it yourselves. They dont provide notes,no standard classes (just write or read what they bought carrying in sheet or book) .Most of the faculty members lack basic *teaching* skills. This attitude of theirs is due to the less fee they take and get paid decently well. They might be highly qualified and well-paid, but their ability to communicate, connect, and explain concepts is shockingly poor. It’s painful to sit through classes that are more confusing than helpful. If you’re someone who values actual learning and growth, then this place is not for you. Please save yourself the frustration, mental stress, and wasted time. There are better places out there with teachers who care and genuinely want to see students succeed.

Official university websites are primary sources for this information.
