Doing our project(RCB ಕನ್ನಡ fan anthem) in Astral Studios was an amazing experience. They give you the best international quality music at an affordable package. Exceptional Service from AG Technologies, Koramangala

My son owns a premium Blackstar guitar amplifier, which he was planning to use for an important performance at his institute. Unfortunately, just a couple of days before the event, the amplifier stopped working.

Initially, I contacted Sound Glitz—the store from where we had purchased the unit—but they informed me that they do not handle electronic repairs and advised me to approach a local electronics service center. However, given the value and complexity of the amplifier, I was hesitant to entrust it to just any technician.

After researching online, I came across AG Technologies in Koramangala, a Yamaha-authorised service center. Their positive reviews and professional background gave me the confidence to reach out. I contacted them to check whether they could handle a non-Yamaha product. To my relief, they agreed to take a look at the Blackstar amp even though it wasn’t one of their listed brands.

I visited their center around 6:00 PM and met Mr. Madhan. I explained the urgency, as my son’s performance was scheduled for the very next day. Mr. Madhan was busy at the time and initially suggested he could send the repaired unit via Dunzo the next day. However, when I expressed the urgency, he kindly asked me to wait for a couple of hours while he completed his ongoing work.

True to his word, he inspected the amplifier the same evening. The issue turned out to be a faulty switch, which he arranged and replaced on the spot. Thanks to his prompt and considerate service, the amplifier was fixed, and my son could go ahead with his performance as planned.

I truly appreciate Mr. Madhan’s customer-focused approach and the professionalism of AG Technologies. They went above and beyond to help us in a critical moment. I highly recommend AG Technologies for anyone needing reliable repairs for musical instruments, audio equipment, or electronic accessories.

I recently gave my Marshall speaker for repair due to battery issues and a cranky sound. I contacted Audio Care the name matched perfectly with the quality of service The technician promised to repair it in two hours but impressed me by finishing it even sooner. I’m genuinely happy with the work done. If you own a Marshall speaker that’s not working, I highly recommend Audio Care they’ll bring it back to life.

It was a great experience of their service. I highly recommend their store for repair of any speakers they’ll do it in few hours he’s a well experienced technician has a great knowledge about the speaker.

Avoid this shop at all costs. I had a very disappointing experience with this repair shop. I dropped off my speaker about 20 days ago. At the time, they told me they would inspect it and call me the next day with an update. That call never came. In fact, over the next 20 days, they never contacted me once—I had to call them every few days to check the status.

Finally, on the 20th day, when I called they told me to come and pick up the speaker because they simply plugged it in and realized it was a motherboard issue. Essentially, no real inspection was done, and my time was completely wasted.

The shop itself is a mess(see attached pictures), and their lack of communication, responsibility, and even the inability to keep their workspace clean, shows a high level of unprofessionalism. To make matters worse, when I went to collect my speaker, it was packed in the box I dropped it in (taped up). When I opened it to check, 3 cables were missing! It took them 20 minutes of searching in their disorganized shop to find the missing cables.

Overall, this place lacks both technical skill and basic organization. I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop for speaker repairs. Instead, try Dr AV Receiver—a much better option.

Don’t believe these reviews one bit. I gave my hifi XLR cable that costs more 5000$ for a minor issue. Biggest blunder of my life.

Prakash has my product for weeks(more than a month) and does not receive my calls, does not work on my product, does not have the professional courtesy to call back with an update. I am worried that he has screwed up my product and is trying to hide.

Extremely incompetent and unprofessional. I know every single audiophile in bangalore and will be caution every one in this hobby through WhatsApp groups to stay away from these unprofessional and toxic guys.

Just horrible service from these Audio Care guys. Stay away!!

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Repair Store at All Costs!
I am writing this review to warn others about the incredibly dishonest and incompetent service I received. I brought my headphones to them solely to have the ear pads replaced. I even provided the new ear pads myself, purchased online, and simply asked them to put them on.
What followed was a two-week ordeal of delays and broken promises. After holding onto my headphones for this absurd amount of time, they finally claimed the work was done. To my absolute shock and frustration, when I got them back, one side of the headphone was completely dead. I explicitly told them that I had given them my headphones in perfect working condition, with both sides fully functional.
Not only did they fail to complete the simple task I requested promptly, but they actively damaged my headphones to the point of complete disrepair. To add insult to injury, they still charged me ₹500 for “replacing” the ear pads on a now-useless headphone.
This is a clear case of outright deception and appalling customer service. They took a perfectly good pair of headphones, ruined them, and then had the audacity to charge me for their destructive “repair.”
Do NOT trust your electronics with these people. They are, in my experience, nothing short of filthy cheaters. Save yourself the money, time, and immense frustration by taking your business elsewhere.

One of the best sound recording studio with experienced and passionate sound engineers. Omkar sir is a senior sound engineer who has an experience of more than 30 years . We always do our schools annual day projects here. Since 5yrs we have got the best service.

If you are looking for a retail job to be done, not worth the money or effort. Gave set of clear instructions , mentioned time , fading required , transition effects required everything mentioned , but 1st cut did jot have anything that i asked. Just cut song 1 , cut song 2. When again instructed, second cut also had gaps.
Also concerns about repeated changes were raised even when clear instructions had not been followed.
Hired professional thinking of getting good edit. Did not find it worth the time and effort. Disappointing.

Omkar Sir, a wonderful person, artist and a very skilled engineer. Both Omkar sir and Srinidhi are very talented, cooperative and deliver amazing work. They understand the pulse of the artist and purpose of the project very quickly and efficiently execute. Refreshing coffee ☕ badam milk not to be missed. I had a great time, this is a place very close to my heart..I strongly recommend artists to visit this place for projects.

They helped us with our maiden studio recordings, also gave an insight and tips on how industry works. That was indeed a memorable day. Also the studio is very well maintained and equipped. A True Guitar Whisperer – Thank You, JP!

JP is nothing short of a magician. I brought him my Fender acoustic guitar that was practically dead — unplayable due to severe issues with the action. After trying several technicians in Bangalore who charged me without actually fixing anything, I had completely lost hope.

Then I found JP.

To my absolute surprise, he not only diagnosed the problem with precision but also brought the guitar back to life. It now plays like a dream! His level of expertise and craftsmanship is rare, especially in India. JP doesn’t just fix guitars — he restores your connection with your instrument.

What really stood out was his friendly, approachable nature. He took the time to walk me through what was wrong, what he intended to do, and how he was going to do it. After so many disappointing experiences, this transparency and communication felt like a breath of fresh air.

My first guitar which was a floyd rose had a thrust rod wrench issue and this guy made a custom allen key for the guitar. Brilliant work and craftsmanship.

Recently I went to get my new Ibanez az standard setup which was almost in perfect condition from the factory. He did minor tweaks here and there and it was all ready to rock.

I would recommend everyone to get your instruments and processors repaired from him only instead of going to a music shop.

I brought my GB&A guitar to JP to fix some sharp frets where the strings were getting stuck. Not only did he sort that out flawlessly, but he also did a full checkup and identified other issues like fret height and levelling, also string alignment that I hadn’t even noticed. After his expert adjustments, the guitar is way more comfortable to play—it feels like a brand-new instrument!

JP’s attention to detail is outstanding, and on top of that, he’s an amazing musician himself—a fantastic guitarist, drummer, and keyboardist. You can really tell he knows what a great-playing instrument should feel and sound like. Highly recommended for anyone serious about getting the most out of their gear!

Would recommend JP 10/10. Made my PRS standard sound like how it is supposed to. He took a little time to fix it but worth it 100%. His knowledge is excellent and feels like he can speak to the guitar. Very polite person too. Just reach out to him for any guitar related issues, I am sure he can handle it.
