I came to orient exchange for pounds and process was clear . Agent explained when we callled all the required documents. Once here we took token waited for our turn . He took visa passport PAN Card and filled forms . He provided receipts for the currency and process was quick and clean.

So many paperwork to get some foreign money while do currency exchange. Also, they don’t accept Hard Cash more than 50K, only UPI payment. I did exchange 59K INR and got 600 Euros only and conversion rate is not so competitive. Anyway, overall experience was average but not the best which I expected by reading so many google reviews here.

I was looking for PLN, though not just here but almost all places not available. But euro is available.

I connected via WhatsApp, they guided my with kind. They just took 15min to give me the euro. I gave my Passport, PAN, visa, flight, University offer letter, everything printout no need of original, this is good as original was in my home.

I made a mistake to trust them alone & not check with other Forex companies. Considering I told them I needed it urgently, they gave me an inflated rate of 106.5. When I told to not deliver, they dropped it to 105.5 within minutes. I realized that they are trying to make money off my urgency and hence decided not to go with them. Then I called few others and all offered lesser exchange rate than them.
I generally don’t like to down-rate smaller companies but being unethical like this was just too unprofessional. I hope they learn from their mistake.
