@Bajaj Allianz General Insurance I am writing to express my serious concern and disappointment with the service I have received from Bajaj Allianz regarding my insurance policy, For the past 7 days, I have been trying to initiate a claim request. Despite repeated attempts, I have been unable to reach your customer support team, as my calls and requests have not been attended to. This prolonged delay is causing me considerable inconvenience and stress. Insurance is meant to provide support during critical times, but the lack of responsiveness from your team has left me without any guidance or assistance. I expect Bajaj Allianz, being a reputed company, to handle customer grievances with urgency and professionalism. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further through consumer grievance channels and regulatory authorities (IRDAI). I trust you will treat this complaint with utmost seriousness and provide me with a resolution at the earliest.

Bajaj Allianz – A Masterclass in How to Betray a Customer’s Trust In February 2025, our car was severely damaged in a valet misuse and crash at a restaurant in Bangalore. This case was so serious that it was covered by multiple national news channels — search "Mercedes Benz Valet Crash" and you will see exactly what happened. From the very beginning, we did everything by the book. We filed an FIR against the driver to whom we had physically handed over our keys — the correct, truthful account of events. But when we approached Bajaj Allianz to process our claim, their Karnataka Head Sankar and employee Sarvannan told us something shocking: "You need to go to the police station and change the driver’s name in the FIR — only then will we reimburse you." They gave no legal basis for this, but insisted it was necessary for the claim. Out of trust (and desperation for resolution), we followed their instructions. Only later did we understand the real motive. By changing the name, Bajaj Allianz could now conveniently reject our claim, arguing: "The driver in the FIR does not have a valid driving licence." This was not a mistake. This was planned manipulation to escape liability. They orchestrated a change in official police records to later use that very change against us. For an insurance company to engage in such tactics is deeply unethical and, in our view, borders on criminal behaviour. It shows a complete lack of respect for their customers, the truth, and the law. If this can happen in a high-profile, media-covered case, imagine what they could do to someone without publicity. Think twice before trusting Bajaj Allianz with your money or your peace of mind.

I am asking policy agent his not given respect Just I am asking when amount came His telling it will take some more days telling bike service complete that 13days completed but still amount is not credit I am asking that agent it will take more days his said that Very poor service Very very poor service

Before 1 year I took a Manipal insurance with Bajaj Allianz after the completing the alcohol given every details to me that was lapse on 2025 many team members are calling to me before doing insurance one team was spoken to me are done the insurance after the doing insurance they are not responding to the call why I am calling means I want insurance copy it was not reflecting the Bajaj app no also it is not replating I am called to members they are not picking this is your customer response bad experience
