One of the best decisions of 2025 is to join LIFTR. I was never a gym person. Liftr being a strengthening and conditioning gym, also goes beyond the basics. It’s a holistic fitness space that genuinely helped me become fit and strong version of myself. The workouts are smartly designed, the trainers are incredibly supportive, and the vibe is always motivating. This is, hands down, the best gym I’ve ever joined. If you’re serious about transforming your fitness journey, Liftr is the place to be. Thank you Arjun for training me and pushing me to reach my goals. Best and tough coach. Once a Liftr, Always a Liftr - HSR Fam ❤️ 9 months ago, I walked into Liftr HSR not knowing that it would completely transform my life. I came in with years of body dysmorphia, low confidence, and the constant feeling of "not enough." What I found here was not just a gym -it was a community, a family, and a place that redefined fitness for me. Through their 6-week program, I discovered not only strength and balance, but also a true love for working out. In these 9 months, I’ve lost 7–8 kgs, but more importantly, I’ve gained freedom, confidence, and the courage to finally live the way I always dreamt of. After 29 years, I can proudly wear whatever I want too and feel good about myself ✨. All of this is because of Liftr HSR. To Anish for creating this vision, and to my incredible coaches -Jeet, Raslam, Rishi, Arjun, Vijay, Prachi, Swati, Sreenath, and Sathish thank you for pushing me, supporting me, and reminding me of my strength every single day. This gym is amazing! It’s a group-class setup where around 7 people train at a time, with two dedicated trainers for each session. They constantly motivate us, correct our posture, and make sure we’re doing every exercise properly. The workouts focus on the core and overall body strength, and they’re incredibly effective. What I really appreciate is that they don’t just focus on exercise—they also guide us on diet and track our progress. A complete fitness experience!

Lost 4 kgs in just 6 weeks, and this is only the beginning! I joined Liftr through a friend’s referral, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The energy of working out in a batch is far better than that of a regular gym. The session on diet planning—where we were taught how to prepare and follow a proper diet—was also very helpful. Once you join, a dedicated trainer is assigned to you who monitors your diet photos and checks in regularly to offer help if needed. In our case, we were lucky to have Arjun as our coach—he’s the fittest and the toughest among all, and he really pushes you to your limits. My wife and I are both very happy with the experience and highly recommend Liftr to everyone

One of the best decisions made this year - Strength & Conditioning at LIFTR. I've always hated going to the gym preferring a sport over hitting the gym. However, LIFTR changed this perception - Great crew (coaches & other gym buddies), a sense of community, fun activities, group sessions with peers who keep you motivated. Strong focus on form & posture to ensure you get the best out of your workouts with long term goals in mind. They follow up with you if you miss sessions to help you stay consistent and also focus on your food intake to ensure you truly see results. If you have your doubts - try them, you'll then know what i'm talking about!

Liftr 6 week Challenge- You can’t define this without saying life changing. I used to hit society gym myself from the age of 25 and I always used to be ignorant about having a gym membership and working out with help of a coach. Always thought it was all a scam, and believed if you work out yourself and stay consistent you can reach the goal. but Liftr changed this perception of mine, they defined a new area of fitness through strength and conditioning. Liftr is not just a gym but a community, unlike all the other commercialised gyms out there. They make sure you hit your Goals through well planned strength and conditioning sessions plus tracking your nutrition. Also they are a group of coaches who are ready to listen, not outright say what you have to do. I am thankful to my coach Vijay Patil, who was with me for the 6 weeks journey and I could really see the changes. He put in the effort to keep track of my diet and training. We established a commitment to each other. His was to make sure i see a change, mine was to make sure I stay consistent. I can go on talking about this community but I would say you have to hit the gym to experience the transformation both mentally and physically. Fitness has truly become an addiction. And last I would also like to thank Raslam who onboarded me to the gym, while I was thinking twice on putting in the expense for the gym, he said "Take this as an investment on yourself" and this investment had a high ROI!!! I completed the 6-week Body Transformation Program at LIFTR Gym, and I am happy with my experience! In six weeks, I lost around 6kgs and noticed a good improvement in both my physical appearance and mental well-being. The program is well-structured and delivers results if you stay consistent. Big thanks to my coach Arjun for his constant support, guidance and motivation. He made sure I followed the diet and stayed consistent, which really helped me for this result. Whether you are just starting out or need a push to get into a healthy routine, I would recommend LIFTR. They help kickstart your journey toward a healthier lifestyle!
