I've been going to this gym for a few months now, and it's been a fantastic experience. Unlike typical gyms, it's filled with beautiful plants and has a calming, aesthetic vibe that makes working out so much more enjoyable. The atmosphere feels fresh, inspiring, and really motivates you to show up and do your best. Manoj , Thanzy and Abhishek are very good trainers and I especially love the variety of classes offered and the supportive environment. Spent 5 days training at Barbell Carter and honestly, this place stands out. Set on a terrace in Whitefield, it’s got a refreshing open-air vibe with plenty of natural plants around—so even without an AC, it stays cool and breezy. In fact, you get a real sweat going the way it’s meant to be! There’s a spacious area for functional training and boxing, and the gym is well-equipped for a serious workout. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and Ruth—the owner—goes out of her way to make sure you feel welcome and supported. Whether you’re into lifting, boxing, or just want a unique gym experience with a great community feel, this place is definitely worth checking out.

One of the best gyms I've come across in Bangalore! This gym is nature-friendly, extremely hygienic, and offers everything you could need. The lighting is great, and the machines are top-notch. They have all kinds of plates available, five deadlift platforms, five squat racks, and competition-type squat and bench setups. For those into filming gym videos, this place is perfect. They provide tripods with mobile and DSLR holders, so you don’t need to bring your own. While it has an athletic vibe, it's equally welcoming to beginners. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially one of the owners, Ruth. The trainers are knowledgeable and approachable. I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to start or elevate their fitness journey.

By far, It's the most unique and wonderful place for workout I've ever experienced. The facility has a very friendly and positive vibe too The hosts and coaches at the gym are exceptionally cooperative. It's highly sophisticated with almost all the workout equipment for multiple aspects of fitness at your disposal. One cannot get enough of the place as it gives you quite a diverse environment to experience activities like calisthenics, powerlifting, muay thai, and what not. All the coaches out here are well qualified, and holds a good experience in the fitness industry. Speaking about cleanliness, it is super clean and well maintained. I'm really honoured to be a part of this gym from the past 7 months and counting. I'm grateful!

I’ve been to many gyms across Bangalore, and this one is hands down the best! The equipment is top-notch, maintained to the highest standards. YOU WONT FIND A SOECK OF DUST . The trainers are not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely warm and supportive. I still remember a time when one of the trainers stayed back after his shift just to help me with a muscle-up drill because he noticed I was struggling,that kind of dedication is rare and truly appreciated. As a woman, I’ve always felt completely safe and comfortable here. Very welcoming and inclusive. The management is approachable, open to feedback, and genuinely cares about members' experience. Highly recommend this gym 100% worth it!

Coaches play a major role in any gym and barbell cartel has highly skilled coaches from strength and conditioning, Olympic lifting , combat sports to power lifting who is always available and helpful. Facilities Barbell cartel has top notch equipments training facilities from weights to CrossFit area and power racks It’s a RAW gym nothing fancy. You can see people working hard which makes you workout better. Barbell cartel is a friendly atmosphere I’m sure you won’t feel like felt out anywhere All coaches are knowledgeable.
