My son is super active and he is very playful. It is good but sometimes we felt his focus is not there so to improve that we thought of enrolling him into karate class, that was the right decision we took . I see his focus is better now. There is long way to go however Sir is really teaching well and he is becoming stronger and focus is better. Sir knows really well how to handle kids, he knows when to become soft and when strict.

Best in class gym, no BS. Kashinath sir is an absolute gem who focuses on helping the members get better everyday. Facilities are really good, except that the gym is a bit small and does not have treadmill. Every training session will be given importance to all aspects of the body.

My daughter has been practicing silambam here for about 2 years. The instructor is excellent, and I’ve noticed that she has gained confidence and improved her focus. I always wanted to learn combat skills but never got the right place, facilities and specially a good guru ji (teacher). Yet it’s never too late to learn skills and knowledge under a good teacher and coach Hemant sir. Irrespective of age, body and fitness he does not make you feel that you cannot , he always teaches in a way that you gain confidence within yourself yes you can too. He is a mix of strict, discipline and fun at same time when it comes to training. He guides you and explain in details about every move you learn both in Muay Thai and JJ. I always asks him again and again when in doubt and he is always there to help. Getting facilities is easy but a good teacher is rarest, really glad to be your student thanks couch.
