Started Pilates a few months into my postpartum Journey and it has been one of the best things I have done for my mind and body. Govind is a true professional and you can be assured that your posture and form are taken care of. Dr Pilates is the perfect place to ensure that your body is challenged gently while you support it through recovery through postpartum or other health issues. My posture now is so much better and pains are slowly reducing. The place too is clean, neat and is genuinely filled with good vibes. Hands down, One of the best pilates studio in Bangalore. Dr. Govind being a physiotherapist is an added advantage to the centre. He is extremely knowledgeable, very energetic and ann exceptional pilates instructor. He concentrates on getting all movements bio-mechanically right. Not to forget, his classes have an amazing variety of programs, be it the reformer, Cadillac , pilates chair or EMS training , he has them all and tailors programs according to your fitness goals. He has not only trained me in pilates but also has made me super strong, toned as well as injury free. My back pain and scapular pains have disappeared after joining his pilates classes. It’s been a year now and I feel he has made me achieve all my fitness goals. All in all , it’s a one-stop solution for both your pain as well as for hitting your fitness goals. Absolutely love it ❤️

One of the best pilates I've done till date. Dr. Govinda is a physiotherapist and a certified pilates trainer. He builds innovative rehab exercises into his workout. I have been working out with him for a year and have seen fantastic results. Every workout is unique and exciting. Given my struggle with poor posture, a slip disc, weak shoulders and lower back issues, Dr. Govind has designed a personalized exercise routine to cater to my individual needs. I've been pain free the larger part of the last 12 months all thanks to his great initiatives. I highly recommend Dr. Pilates for anyone seeking a great functional and conditioning workout as well as for those who want to customise their exercise based on their special considerations and postural correction. Training here with Dr.Govind has been a wonderful experience. I came in with lower back stiffness and difficulty activating my glutes properly. Every session was challenging, fun and catered to my specific problem points. My back mobility, core and overall strength feels noticeably improved after just a month of these sessions.
