I had a very positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was courteous, attentive, and professional. The nurses in OT and recovery were outstanding—compassionate, knowledgeable, and always ready to help and they went above and beyond to explain procedures and medications clearly. The doctors were equally impressive. Doctors took the time to listen to my concerns and provided a thorough diagnosis with a clear treatment plan. Support staffs also very kind in all the way.The facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Had a wonderful experience with OT staff and recovery staff at the centre. The staff is very supportive and cordial. The doctors are well versed and patient enough to listen to all the smallest of smallest details and doubts. Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Raajam Murali. She is wonderful human who is keen to help in all possible ways.

We had a very painful and disappointing experience at GarbhaGudi. My sister underwent two IVF cycles here, and both failed despite spending nearly ₹10-12 lakhs. The doctor gave high confidence, but the result was emotionally and financially devastating. We took a loan to manage the treatment cost, and still, there were extra charges at every step — blood tests, scans, re-confirmations — many of which were never properly explained. When we asked for a concession (which was promised by the manager), the staff behaved rudely and unprofessionally. In the second cycle, even after using a donor egg and with the male partner being fertile, we got only 1 top-quality and 2 B-grade embryos, which is well below normal expectations. When we asked for clarity, we were ignored. They said the grievance team would respond — they called and promised to resolve the issue in 2 days. It’s been weeks now, and still no update. We feel completely exploited and drained — mentally, emotionally, and financially. All legal documents and fingerprints were taken by them, leaving us helpless to take legal action. We’re left with no option but to share this experience publicly so others are aware. We don’t recommend GarbhaGudi to anyone expecting genuine care or transparency.
