I’m extremely disappointed and feel completely cheated .I bought a second-hand fridge from this shop just 4 months ago. It looked clean and perfect from the outside — but turned out to be nothing but scrap. Within a few months, the fridge completely stopped working. I tried calling the owner multiple times, but he refused to respond. No help, no responsibility — just silence after taking my money. It’s heartbreaking to know that some people can sell such faulty products with zero honesty, and then completely disappear. Please DO NOT trust this seller or shop. They make the product look good on the outside, but inside it’s a disaster. They’re just dumping useless items on people and running a scam. I’m sharing this so others don’t fall into the same trap I did. I spent my hard-earned money and got cheated. This shop should not be trusted at all. Dear shop owner, I hope you read this and feel at least a little guilty for selling broken items and ignoring people who trusted you.

I purchased a washing machine and fridge from your company and I’m very satisfied. The washing machine is efficient and quiet, while the fridge keeps everything fresh and cool with great storage space. Smooth delivery and great service overall. Highly recommended!

Worst service. I purchased second hand washing machine in approx 8.5K and they promised to deliver the product with proper demo. The guy came in a rush and didn't bother to show us demo properly. He was so rude that if we were asking to show us the full demo of workable washing machine then he denied it and just showed the half demo. When we retested from our side then we noticed that washing machine was leaking from outside and the water was fully on floor. We informed them and then they told they will be sending a guy in an hour but no one came. We tried to reach out in morning aswell, then also the guy didn't come. I mean if we are paying money then the service should be genuine, they are trying to take money from you and after that they dont bother to look in your issues. Please don't buy from here. Worst experience ever

Worst Experience Ever – Fraudulent Buyback & Terrible Products I had a horrible experience with this seller. I bought a fridge and a washing machine with the promise of a 50% buyback offer, but everything from the product quality to the customer service was a disaster. They didn’t keep their word and delayed the entire process. Still haven’t received my money. Here’s a breakdown of everything that went wrong: --- What Went Wrong: Bought a fridge and washing machine for ₹15,000 with a 50% buyback promise. Both appliances were very old, used, and not worth the price. Gave the fridge back on 30th March, but had to call and follow up for 3 weeks just to get a response. Customer service was extremely rude, unprofessional, and irresponsible. Instead of 50%, they returned only 40% citing false "cleaning charges" and other deductions. Still haven’t received the buyback amount – complete negligence. They have high ratings only because they force or manipulate customers to rate them well. Overall, it was a complete scam, full of stress, delays, and disappointment. --- Final Advice: No matter how tempting the deal looks – do NOT buy from this seller. They are dishonest, unreliable, and not worth your time or money. You're better off saving a bit more and getting a new product, or buying from trusted sellers on OLX or Facebook Marketplace. Avoid this place at all costs. They are frauds

I have purchased a fridge and washing machine from here. Within one week of delivery, the fridge started having problems. I called the showroom multiple times but they either don’t pick my calls or they just say some excuse and cut the call. Absolutely pathetic service and I would recommend all of you to avoid this place.

I was very skeptical before buying second hand because some reviews mentioned they don't work and rhe service is not prompt. I have booked service twice, first time it was Shabaz. And second time was with Younus. Both the times I got prompt response within a day and they came and explained the problem clearly and what can be done. So far it all seems good.
