The head trainers, Geeta and Dipan are very warm and they make learning feel easy and stress free. They are always there to help us out. The hair techniques taught by Sakshi were amazing . A big shoutout to Fareeda, Suprada and Ahalya for their support. I was a beginner and by the time I reach my portfolio shoot day I was well versed with makeup, hair and draping. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve had a deep love for makeup. I used to do makeup for my cousins and mom, but learning it professionally is a whole different experience. The hair & makeup course at GnG helped me reconnect with makeup and exposed me to so many new tips and tricks. This space also introduced me hairstyling which I’ve been wanting to learn for a while. And.. I mean, being sat in a space just doing and learning makeup all day.. felt like an excellent way to spend my time. And what I’m really taking away from there- apart from the new skills I leant- is relationships. I met a bunch of incredible people on this journey that I will hold on to and I am so grateful for it.
