Grand Regency

My stay at Grand Regency, Bangalore felt more like a five-star experience. Though the hotel is located in a residential area, the amenities were excellent and well-maintained. Safe car parking is provided nearby, which was very convenient. The staff were courteous, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. The pricing is quite reasonable, and what really stood out was that the management genuinely values guest comfort and accommodates requests positively. Overall, a delightful and comfortable stay — truly great value for money. Ms priyanka madam was very receptive and much helpful to guests

First of all a big thank you to all the staffs starting from the reception, the room service, the breakfast area and the security. Each and everyone of them were so amicable, courteous and helpful throughout my stay. I came here and stayed for almost 2 weeks for my father’s treatment and the help from them was unmatched. The rooms were nice with all amenities. The breakfast was quite good and had varieties everyday with freshly made items from the live counter. Special mention goes to the lady who manages the breakfast and also the staffs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Rajajinagar or west Bengaluru. Its location is great alongwith awesome service and value for money.

One of the best places for the money we pay. Best hospitality I have ever experienced. Far better than many 5 star hotels. These people really care and make you feel special and go above and beyond for taking care of customer. Security Sidharth is always helpful and friendly even in catching a cab. I am really overwhelmed. This is my 3rd booking with this hotel and each experience has been fabulous. Keep up the good work guys.

Not a very good experience. No chair to relax in the room. Only working chair. Water is rationed , only two small bottles for two people. Billed me for water when asked extrabottle. No covered car parking. No facility for drivers. Considering Bangalore The choice of Complimentary b.fast is not good. On the whole, given an alternative ,will not recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a couple of days. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was decent. The security guard Siddharth was helpful. Good value for money.
