Treatment is good... Consultation fees is high... The Restroom maid is talking rudely.. There is no separate photography room for male and female... They put admin system for man who handled all uploaded photos in system .. Is it safe for female? .. Why can't you arrange the separate room for female .. Why can't you arrange the female system operator to uploading the photos in system...... Please ensure to taking all photos to be safe especially for female.

I visited Cutis at Vijaynagar to consult Dr. Nisha Prakash for back acne and dark spots on my face, based on a friend’s recommendation. I was already using a few products that had been previously prescribed to my friend, but I was hoping for a more personalized treatment since I didn’t find those products very effective in my case. However, despite clearly explaining my concerns and the fact that I had already used those products, I was prescribed the exact same ones again. This made me question the point of the consultation — if I was going to be given the same treatment without proper attention to my specific case, I could’ve just continued what I was already doing. Moreover, the consultation felt rushed. It seemed like the focus was more on moving quickly through patients rather than listening attentively and addressing individual needs. With a consultation fee of ₹850 for barely 10–15 minutes, I expected a bit more engagement and care. I understand the clinic is busy and reputed, but I believe each patient still deserves personalized attention, especially when it comes to skincare which varies so much person to person.

’m extremely disappointed with Cutis Hospital. Based on the doctor’s suggestion, we paid the full amount in advance for the procedure — but after that, you don’t get proper follow-up appointments or access to the doctor. The staff is very rude over the phone, with zero concern for patient care. Even after booking appointments well in advance, they cancel last minute saying the doctor is unavailable. And if you’re lucky enough that your appointment isn’t cancelled, be prepared to wait for 2+ hours at the clinic. you’re left high and dry when it comes to follow-up appointments. Getting a follow-up with the doctor is like finding a needle in a haystack — nearly impossible The overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Very poor management. Totally unprofessional experience.
