Worst clinic I have come across in this area. I visit the clinic with my wife. The attitude of the receptionist is very rude. And they don't value people's time. Fisrt day, they gave an appointment at 12.30 but eventually made us wait 2 hrs. For the follow up check up, they gave an appointment at 7.30 pm and then made us wait till 9pm. What is the purpose of taking appointment if they are going to make us sit and wait? They don't value people's time at all.

Extremely Unprofessional Experience at the Clinic I had a very disappointing experience with the clinic’s appointment handling and overall professionalism. I had booked a 1:50 PM slot and had clearly asked if a post-3 PM appointment was possible due to my office hours. The receptionist confirmed that no slots were available later and insisted 1:50 PM was the best option. Despite adjusting my work schedule and taking a 2-hour break from work (with my manager’s permission), I reached the clinic on time at 1:45 PM — only to be kept waiting without any update for a full hour. When I inquired at 2:45 PM, the receptionist casually mentioned that there were still two patients ahead and that it would take another 35–40 minutes. At that point, I decided to leave, having already lost 2.5 hours including travel. Shockingly, when I mentioned I was leaving, the receptionist asked me to make the payment anyway — as if the goal was to get me locked in financially, hoping I’d feel pressured to stay and wait indefinitely. That felt extremely unprofessional and manipulative. The doctor may be excellent — and I genuinely wanted to consult her — but the clinic’s time management and front desk behavior were unacceptable. People take time off from work, plan around these appointments, and expect some basic respect and transparency. Unfortunately, this clinic does not reflect that.

She is amazing doctor , my wife is having excessive hair loss and for that we visited her , she explained us in depth , instead of recommending many unnecessary medicines she asked her to change her diet and prescribed very limited medicines , I am highly impressed

I had severe acne for six months and nothing worked but after visiting her she explained about how my diet should improve and without taking any oral medications just a serum and acne cream worked for me and i could see visible results in a month.
