I’m very disappointed with the appointment availability at Dr. Priya’s clinic. Every time I have an urgent skin issue or need a timely consultation, I’m asked to wait 15 to 30 days for the next slot. For someone going through sudden skin irritation or discomfort, such long delays are frustrating and not practical. I understand the doctor is well reputed and busy, but patients also expect basic accessibility and support during emergencies. It would be great if the clinic could manage urgent cases better or reserve at least a few slots each day for immediate concerns. This is important for people like me who genuinely need quick help.

The doctor is very patient and listens to your concerns and properly explains the complete medication process with all the pros and cons. This is the 2nd consultation with Dr. Priya and the medication has really helped address the issue. Highly recommend. The staff was also friendly and properly addressed my queries.

The clinic located in first floor of a market complex. You can use lift or stair case as well to reach the clinic. Try to avoid going by car as they don't have much parking space. Moreover there are many other shops/hotels so getting a parking space is quite difficult Recommended to go by public transport. Getting appointment here is very difficult and mostly they don't entertain walk-ins. You may call the clinic Or book via practo. Please note: even though you reach on time you have to wait for min 30 minutes to 1 hour for your turn. Consulting fees is 800 and they recommend to take the medicines from them which is also available outside as well with better pricing. I booked for a Saturday after waiting for a month just 2 days before my appointment I got a call from the team saying that the Saturday I booked is a Holiday for them and they are cancelling my appointment and I can book another day. I asked them for next slot and all of them were filled. It was their mistake and they were not ready to accommodate me in the earlier slots. I have skin allergies from long time and consulted other doctors as well. But this time I wasn’t happy with the service I received from here.

I have consulted Dr. Priya for my skin ailments. She listens to your problem and understands the medical history related to the patient. She also wanted to understand if your problem has any genetic relation and tries to suggests medication based on her overall analysis. She also asked me for various test reports before starting my medication. She gives max time to understand your symptoms. I was very happy for the kind of attention she gave in observing my ailments. Medication is also easy and with least(if any) side effects. She has a very good knowledge of medicines. You will have to take booking well 20..30 days in advance to get a slot here as this clinic is super buzy. I was very satisfied with her treatments. I have consulted many doctors in past for my issue but never have I revisited any doctor twice as i was not happy with their medication. Thanks to the team and specially the doctor. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I usually don't write reviews but I've visited the clinic twice. Both the time I had good experience, be it doctor or staffs they are kind and helpful. Staffs are professional takes time to explain how to use the products prescribed by the doctor. They even respond on WhatsApp when you have doubts. Overall had a good experience.
