Had great experience with Orange health labs. I have booked for Serum IGE test which is only available in there labs .
The executive who came to take the blood sample was very polite and before the assigned time which is very impressive. He made me feel comfortable through out the process and was checking if I am getting hurt or not while taking the sample.
Also after booking for the test I have received the answer of doubts which any patient might have like no need for fasting and no need of urine sample in the test.
In the application it was showing the time when reports will be sent. The reports were delivered on time.
Overall I am very satisfied with the service.

We had been here to get an MRI on a weekday in the evening. Parking can be done below the fly over parking space opposite to the Diagnostic center. There were not more than one person but the wait time was long. I understand there was already another person waiting but inspite of that wait time was really long. There are many sofas to sit down and wait which is a good thing. Prices are similar to the market rates. Service is good only area of improvement could be the speed of the service provided. Would recommend this place to others but be prepared to wait as it could take more time than you expect.

I had been here many times for my pregnancy scanning and blood test. For scanning it takes a bit more time as there will be more crowd for scanning so try to visit early if you are going for ultrasound scan.
For blood test you do not have to wait much.

wasted my time again for drawing blood on first day along with wasted blood sample. I had to come second time as the practicing lab person didn’t ask me if I was fasting for more than 12 hours prior to taking the blood sample.
Things could have been a bit more hygienic too. Restrooms are so poorly maintained that they were so smelly that I had to hold my breath while using the restroom.
Very pricy services aswell. The facility needs thoughtful staff.

We have taken appointment at 4:15 PM for NT scaning. We reached at 4:00 PM. But we were waiting till 6 pm. There is no meaning of priority appointment.waiting time is totally frustrating it is clear showing management failure. They have booked so many patient to make more earning and left patient to suffer more.first of all people are spending time in traffic after that more waiting at labs because of management failure.it is totally frustrating.

My wife is a regular client of Ecotown Diagnostics for consultation and she is satisfied with its services. Today I visited it for a lab test for me and I was fully satisfied from entry to exit. Staff are professional and cooperative. Smt. Usha was so helpful as I was new and not aware of the procedure there. The environment is friendly, hygienic and the service is computerised. I got my report in pdf format before noon. I am impressed. However there is no provision for four wheeler parking, but for two wheeler, yes.

It’s a decent diagnostic centre with all X-Ray, CT-Scan, Ultrasound etc. I liked it overall but two things were not optimal.
One is that I had to come again in the evening to collect my report and get a consultation.
Another thing was that they don’t have enough cups near the water dispenser. People have to ask for cups and then they bring 5. It would be great to have more cups and a space to place them when patients wait for urine to build up.

I had a very good experience at this diagnostic centre! The doctor and staff were exceptionally caring and attentive, especially when I experienced bleeding during the TVS and ultrasound scan. The doctor was patient, thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions. The hygiene and cleanliness is good too.

Waiting period for scan is too long and for some reason they send someone that was not in line or waiting place. When we ask they staff they just shut us down. Use to be a good diagnostic center. The quality service is not seen anymore

Worst experience in Aarthi scans & labs Indra nagar. No response for staff and they are not maintain the token wise. Maintain is worst.
We have booked 8am to 9am and We are waiting 3hrs. We are waiting almost 1hr 40mins for USG scan.

They use a 1.5 Tesla MRI and a lot of places use 3Ts so I’m deducting 1 star – BUT getting 3T at ₹3000 is simply not possible.

Never come here if you value time. These people, management, system and staff : all of them care least about your schedule. The token system is designed in a lucky draw pattern if you see going for multiple tests.
Also word of caution : never book online appointment. There is no respect for a pre planned approach.

Felt little less in space in terms of number of patients there.
I had to travel from Kormangla to IndiraNagar branch since doctor was unavailable there.
There was only one drinking water spot in first floor, can be added more.
Need little more cleanliness, since it’s a scan and lab. Had to wait almost 45 mins to get my USG done and also 30 mins for the report. Procedure was very quick though.
Liked there was a male doctor for me. Unsure about if there was a female doctor or not for the same.
Rest looked good to me.

I took my mom for CECT full abdominal scan today. The senior technician (forgot the name) was very professional and dedicated. The procedure required my mom to hold the breathe for few seconds which she couldn’t do and scan was not done today. But the technician tried his best and comforted my mom. A big thanks for his support. Hopefully next time, she will be able to go through this. I really appreciate his efforts. Pricing and facilities are always good here. Reports are accurate.

Unprofessional Service at SILVERLINE DIAGNOSTICS
I frequently post review to help others with my personal experiences.
Unfortunately this is my 1st negative review/ experience till date.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Silverline Diagnostics. I visited them on June 1st, 2025 for an MRI scan that my mom was asked to do, but was tricked into undergoing a CT scan as well without my clear consent. The staff seemed more interested in generating extra revenue than providing transparent and honest care.
The MRI scan itself was fine, but the additional CT scan was not explained properly, and I was not prepared for it.
They said it was *’Complimentary’* with no charges. Today I received the MRI report but found nothing about the CT scan that was conducted. They seem to either not know the meaning of the word complimentary or they are fully aware of what they are putting the patient through while risking their health for the diagnostic centers personal benifit and monetary gain.
Had they mentioned the CT is for *only them* and no report/record would be shared with the patient I would not have put my mother through harmful high radiation without a doctor requiring it.
I’m still concerned about the unnecessary radiation exposure they put my 65 year old mother through.
I urge all you readers to be aware of this and prevent yourselfs and loved ones from falling into this false advertised CT scan, unless prescribed by your medical practitioner.
Stay safe . Stay alert and say no to unnecessary procedures that don’t benifit you.
Advice: Be cautious and ensure you understand the procedures and costs before undergoing any tests. Verify the tests prescribed and ask questions if you’re unsure.
Recommendation: Others may want to consider alternative diagnostic centers with better transparency and patient care.

On the 21st of June we came to the clinic to get an X-ray. The team at your clinic suggested us to meet Dr Chetan John Rasqina, we went to him and showed the X ray. There’s was no fracture or dislocation as we also shared the details to our family doctor. Dr Chetan didn’t even see the x-ray and soon gave us a fear that my husband will never be able to walk again and the damage is very bad and asked him to put a cast, we agreed got the material and did such a shoddy job of putting the cast. Hello didn’t shape it properly and after a day my husband was having discomfort to stand or even walk. He kept telling me that he felt as though his skin was ripping inside the cast. Finally we came to the doctor on 29th to remove the cast. He was so rude and got something like a steel cutter to cut the cast. We got terrified and he didn’t even acknowledge about the injuries that the cast had caused and told that ankle will take another 3 weeks to heel.
I’m really sorry disappointed that the doctor was so unprofessional and found us to be his scap goat to make his bucks.
I’m attaching the photos to see the damages this doctor has caused us and the mental torture we have gone through. I’m going to the media and the health department with this issue.

I visited Silverline Diagnostic Center (HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar) for two days yesterday and today, and the experience was terrible. The service is very bad. The staff don’t seem to know their work properly, and they don’t try to understand what the patients are going through. They also have no empathy for the patients. Because of their incompetency, we were made to keep running between floors again and again, like playing some scavenger hunt.
The staff were mostly busy chatting with each other instead of helping patients. Even after visiting for two days, I couldn’t get just three simple tests done. This place seriously needs better management and staff who actually care about patients. I would not recommend this center to anyone.
However I understand the experience differs from individual to individual..You can certainly visit this centre if you like to wait for a whole day for simple tests or like getting lost on different floors with no guidance or happy with unwelcoming gestures by staff or enjoy watching their staff chatting themselves for long.
