I recently visited the Lab Department and was very impressed with the overall experience. The staff was polite, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The sample collection was quick and nearly painless, and all procedures were explained clearly. The lab was clean, well-organized, and followed proper hygiene protocols. We had been here to get an MRI on a weekday in the evening. Parking can be done below the fly over parking space opposite to the Diagnostic center. There were not more than one person but the wait time was long. I understand there was already another person waiting but inspite of that wait time was really long. There are many sofas to sit down and wait which is a good thing. Prices are similar to the market rates. Service is good only area of improvement could be the speed of the service provided. Would recommend this place to others but be prepared to wait as it could take more time than you expect.

I had been here many times for my pregnancy scanning and blood test. For scanning it takes a bit more time as there will be more crowd for scanning so try to visit early if you are going for ultrasound scan. For blood test you do not have to wait much. Staffs are good and helpful. Maintained well. Washrooms are clean. Parking available in basement.

There are no postings of signs about the timings that this facility operates. I wasted my time being there before their facility opened at 7am. It’s NOT 24 Hours open like they listed. wasted my time again for drawing blood on first day along with wasted blood sample. I had to come second time as the practicing lab person didn’t ask me if I was fasting for more than 12 hours prior to taking the blood sample. Things could have been a bit more hygienic too. Restrooms are so poorly maintained that they were so smelly that I had to hold my breath while using the restroom. Very pricy services aswell. The facility needs thoughtful staff.

From greeting with a warm smile to answering questions, she really makes the experience better. The facility itself was really clean and modern, with all the latest equipment. The technicians were professional and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the scan. I also got the results quickly, and the report was detailed and informative. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable diagnostic services. They genuinely care about their patients, and the doctors were both patient and punctual.
