I had to get my blood work done. And I got an appointment for the next morning in no time. The staff that came home to collect blood as it was fasting blood that was required and I couldn't travel early morning. The staff was punctual and highly professional and it was a seamless process without and discomfort. And I received my report too online within few hours. Had great experience with Orange health labs. I have booked for Serum IGE test which is only available in there labs .
The executive who came to take the blood sample was very polite and before the assigned time which is very impressive. He made me feel comfortable through out the process and was checking if I am getting hurt or not while taking the sample.
Also after booking for the test I have received the answer of doubts which any patient might have like no need for fasting and no need of urine sample in the test.
In the application it was showing the time when reports will be sent. The reports were delivered on time.
Overall I am very satisfied with the service.

Very hygienic , happy and satisfied.
The sample collection person is very decent and professional. Very punctual and on time i booked 9:00 am appointment and i got a reminder call before. I also got a reminder a day before. The reports came on time. The pricing is much better than other labs.
Recomend this service to a lot of people. We have been using it for a year.

I had a very seamless and smooth experience. The Technician named Vishal who was assigned, was very polite and quick. He visited before time, I kinda loved the punctuality. Painless blood sample drawn. Not a pinch even.
Reports TAT is also pretty impressive.
