Mr. Narayanan visited the patient first, understood the requirements very clearly and appointment a staff who had reasonable knowledge and took very good care of the patient. Staff took care of the replacement whenever staff need to take some time off. One suggestion I have is, staff need to train the replacement staff on the needs instead of we having to do that. Otherwise, service was exceptional and reliable. Highly recommend Sumukha.
