She is so helpful,polite and supportive and just because of her guidance and treatment, m enjoying my pregnancy this year.she always responded me through whatsApp, call . I had connect with Veena maam also frequently, who always helps me to connect. Every member of the hospital is very supportive. Compared to Kolkata, we got immense support and care over there. I recommend that hospital and Dr. Sunitha Maam to everyone.

Beware of This Online Consultation Scam! Dear Management keep some professional team. Time is more valuable than money: "Time is a non-renewable resource, unlike money which can be earned back. I made a payment of ₹2000 for an online consultation with Dr., scheduled for 4:30 PM the same day. It’s confirmed by the lady at the reception scheduled time, I was informed that the doctor was busy in OT, and my appointment was rescheduled for 1 PM the next day. The next day, another staff member claimed there was a "technical error" with my previous payment and asked me to pay ₹2000 again, promising that my earlier payment would be refunded. I refused and requested the refund first, as the amount had already been deducted from my account. They did not provide any proof of a payment error. Initially, they promised a refund by the evening, but later changed their statement, saying it would take 24 hours. Even after that time, I received no refund and no proof of it being processed. Instead, they messaged me again, asking if I wanted to book another appointment—likely expecting me to pay another ₹2000! This is highly suspicious and feels like a scam. I strongly advise against paying anything upfront for online consultations with this service. If they use such tactics for consultation, I worry about their approach to treatment as well. Stay away!

Had a grt experience with Milann hospital, the staff was really gud nd very helfull. I was all time stress-free nd hd complete rest. I hd my delivery by Dr Ayesha she is the best gynecologist she was really gud nd helpful, hd a very gud experience here.

I am having truly great experience at Milann JP NAGAR. Dr. Sunitha is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate and takes time to explain my condition in detail, answer all my questions, and listen attentively to my concerns. I never felt rushed and felt completely comfortable. The entire staff, from the moment I checked in, was equally friendly, professional, efficient, and welcoming. The front desk team (Deepa, Veena, Sushma, Roopa) was so helpful with scheduling .The nurses were very gentle and reassuring.

Scams people with scans. That is how they make money. We went here after seeing reviews, every week they just look at the patient for 5 mins and just order a scan. Thats it. We were suspicious and wanted to show the report to another doctor friend and take opinion. They don’t even provide the record to the patient. The report we paid for!!!We were skeptical at first and when we asked them why, they just said it is what they do. They don’t even maintain clean record of patients either. When we pressed them that we need that record, they just said they don’t have for some of the consultations. They dont have any scan pictures saved at all!! We witnessed a disgruntled mother and father who got cheated because of their greed. They missed that patients baby missing one ear!! She sat in-front in the waiting room just after delivery demanding justice and police complaint. We decided we are not coming after seeing this. A friend of ours also seems to have faced similar problems. Both families conceived within few months just after moving to another clinic!! Both families had simple problems which could be found in scan!! All the reviews seem to be paid!
