I visited Nova IVF Center on Good Friday for a free check-up after receiving a call from their team. The check-up was conducted smoothly, and I was told that my reports would be shared via email. However, it’s been quite some time and I have still not received the report. I’ve also tried calling multiple times, but no one has responded. This lack of follow-up and communication is disappointing, especially from a reputed healthcare facility. I hope the management looks into this and improves their after-service support
