Dr Darwin is an exceptionally dedicated, caring and compassionate doctor. My mother is 100 years and when she came down with congestion and fluid build up in her lungs, Dr Darwin was extremely responsive and proactive in his treatment. He organized the delivery of the oxygen concentrator machine and the administration of an iv drip, at home at 10 pm in the night. He took time to explain her medical condition and her treatment options calmly. He made himself available whenever needed and followed up to keep abreast of her condition. My wife had revision of hip surgeryat Apollo bg road Bangalore and the dr suggested to have similar bed of the hospital at home as her case was very complicated. I enquired about the bed and Mr Vignesh was the point of contact from Apollo Home care. I gave the details of my house video of my stairs and photo of the lift.to confirm whether bed can be brought by stairs or by the lift. Vignesh sent me 2 videos the first one was 3 function and the second one was 5 function the bed and the videos were the same .he gave me pricing and I had agreed for 3 function . Meanwhile I had sent another video of hospital bed to ensure there is no problem on the sides of the bed as my wife able to sit without causing issue on her thigh bone.the video also attached
I paid advance and rental on the Tuesday 9th sept .Vignesh confirmed me that bed will be delivered at 2 pm . Not only delivery was on time but also wrong bed was sent. From 1 pm i was at home leaving my wife all alone till 6 pm. Vignesh lies to me the vehicle has an issue and delayed . The driver and the person with him told they got the instructions only at2 pm . On top of everything the driver told me to arrange manpower to take the bed . Since I had no choice ran around fixed manpower and got the bed fixed and it was totally wrong bed photo attached. Vignesh never answered my call from 3 pm to 6 pm .
Meanwhile one Mr.sujith came on call and said he is the bio medical engineer and he is point of contact . He said he is aware of the videos of the stairs and lift and I had sent the videos sent by Vignesh. He accepted the mistake and said he will replace the bed by 10 am on the 10th sept he said he will provide manpower from his side and needed additional support as the bed will be heavy . I agreed and saidma power organised at 10 am. The driver calls me at 10 am and says he will take an hour and half and need manpower to take the bed means they were none . Since i was in hospital I requested my neighbour to helpand coordinate. The bes not only came late and without any manpower as agreed by Mr. Sujith. Mr. Sujith never answered my call from 8.45 am to 12 noon where he told me he will coordinate and get it fixed. He calls me and telling me he was busy in another installation.
Please from above you can see they are least bothered about what they commit and they will not answer your call after you have paid for the service.
My experience they arenit trustworthy. I have all the call logs and all the correspondence which I don’t want post inthis .
After Mr. Harish came into picture things are looking better . Hope the people will understand the situation and respond not like a call centre as this pertaining to health

Amitha was my mom’s physiotherapist post knee replacement surgery . She did a very good job. She was persistent, consistent and took lot of efforts to straighten my mom’s knee post surgery. On first day itself, she told that she would be aggressive and would make her walk within six weeks duration and she actually did it without any stick support. She also kept on adding new exercises daily which helped my mom with her recovery. Physio therapy is the tough part, but Amitha was persistent and kept pushing my mother to do more every day. My mom has diabetes and surgery healing process is taking more time. She still has some pain in knee, but still manages to walk and exercise based on Amitha’s guidance. Thank you for the hard work Amitha. Appreciate your help throughout this post operation recovery journey.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Helpee. The company made several assurances regarding the qualifications of their nursing staff and the quality of care that would be provided. Unfortunately, once services commenced, it became clear that these promises were not honored.
We initially paid a registration fee of ₹2,500, during which Helpee assured us that a qualified nurse would be assigned to our case. However, when the individual arrived on the first day, it was evident she was not a trained nurse but rather an attender with no ability to administer medication or even perform a basic blood sugar test.
Through our conversation with her, we learned that Helpee had contacted her only that morning and provided no information about the patient she was to care for. When we immediately informed Helpee that we did not wish to proceed with someone so unqualified, they insisted on charging us for the day and reiterated that the registration fee was non-refundable.
While we chose to forgo the registration fee, we refused to pay for the day’s service, as no care had been rendered. The attender had arrived at around 1:00 PM, and by 1:30 PM, it was apparent to both parties that Helpee had misled us. We reconfirmed our stance with Helpee around 4:00 PM, and they eventually instructed the attender to leave. To our dismay, we also discovered that she had used her own personal funds to travel to our residence.
I feel deeply misled and taken advantage of at a time when my family was already vulnerable. I strongly urge others to exercise caution and thoroughly vet this home care service provider before committing to their services. What is promised may not be what is delivered.

I have used them twice. The first time my experience was quite good. The second time I had a good experience with the doctor but not really with the nursing staff. It seemed like he was not experienced. I raised a complaint and it was addressed to after a week. They took the feedback and positively and offered me some discounted health tests. During about 2 years of my mothers illness, the nurses hired from this agency (nurse named Revathy) looked after her very well with extreme care, cleanliness amd punctuality. A HOME CARE WITH NO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS.
This is not a PAID REVIEW but honest review with the disappointing experience i had with SPANDANA HOME CARE which is in HSR layout.
Please do take note before you dive into this organisation for services as they ditch you badly at the right and crucial time.
1. Once upon a time spandana was supposed to be a clean and neat service provider for elderly care.
2. Now their services have completely degraded.
3. I presume the care takers employed by spandana is just to beat the competition.
4. Caretakers are not at all trained. Customers need to train them. Most of the caretakers have no aptitude to learn and also are very very arrogant.
5. Caretakers when deputed have reasons to escape from the house by conveying to spandana as if customer asked them to go.
7. They lack civic sense and even basic work caretakers are unable to perform.
8. Spandana has no hold on caretakers as caretakers at their will decide to leave the customers place. They don’t even care their own employer.
9. Caretakers themselves give negative opinion about spandana. Hence there is no need for any customer to write a review.
10. Replacements take their own time. It may extend from fortnight to a month or more. Hence present caretakers know the situation and play with customers.
11. Critical patients suffer because of the bad attitude of care takers.
12. Spandana still belives caretakers are true to their word and customer are liers.
13. Caretakers have no patience but expect a bounty in terms of salary. Experienced or inexperienced the salary remains same.
14. For Long term one cannot depend on spandana for sure.
15. Especially for critical care one cannot depend on spandana for sure.
16. Finally I don’t think management has any say and hence the company is managed by downline staff as per their whims and fancies.
17. All caretakers experience seems like fake as the experience and even Aadhar photo copies looks like altered. Some don’t have date of birth and others mobile numbers.
17. Now caretakers are not innocent. They have started knocking expensive things if unnoticed. I lost items worth Rs 20000.
18. There are no field officer at spandana who take stock of the situation at patients end before deputing caretakers.
19.. Care takers now a days come for time pass. If everything gets adjusted to their will they stay nor they search for another house. That’s it.
Don’t go by good reviews. Good reviews are always presumed to be paid reviews. Hence ask the real ones who have taken services and then decide.
Rest is your decision. Anyone planning to go with spandana for services need to have a clear agreement so that they don’t get ditched like us through midway.

Hard earned money just drained into the drains.
Was not a very comfortable experience with spandana. Except for a couple of the girls, the rest were extremely arrogant. They were not ready to listen to what ever was told. They don’t know the basic work but they are termed as experienced but the salary remains same. Getting replacement is a big headache. Caretakers come and go giving one or the other reasons. So back to square one. Spandana is not bothered. They are masters in ditching customers.
Finally spandana has neither hold on their caretakers nor any concern towards customers.
Rest customers can have a live experience when they engage a caretakers.

Mr. Narayanan visited the patient first, understood the requirements very clearly and appointment a staff who had reasonable knowledge and took very good care of the patient. Staff took care of the replacement whenever staff need to take some time off. One suggestion I have is, staff need to train the replacement staff on the needs instead of we having to do that.
