The Aesthetic Edge

I recently visited The Aesthetic Age, and while Dr. Priya was excellent — very patient, polite, and clear in explaining the treatment — my overall experience was overshadowed by the behavior of the front desk staff, Anita. From the moment I walked in, her body language was unwelcoming and her tone was irritating and impolite. She did not smile even once and gave the impression of being angry or annoyed. The way she answered my questions made me feel as if I was being judged for not knowing basic things, which is extremely uncomfortable for a patient. Her behavior genuinely made me feel hesitant to even ask anything further. It is unfortunate that such front desk behavior can completely change a patient’s impression of a clinic. I had initially planned to go ahead with the treatment, but this negative experience at reception has made me reconsider. A clinic focused on aesthetics and care should ensure that its first point of contact — the reception — reflects warmth, courtesy, and professionalism. Priya is truly commendable, but I sincerely hope the management addresses the reception experience, as it can drive patients away despite having great doctors.

For medical professionals, the best experience means gaining diverse, hands-on experience in a supervised setting to develop practical skills and understand the complexities of patient care.

Very sweet and beat treatment Doctor nancy is so understanding Today was my first laser treatment and Co2 treatment they were so friendly and made me feel at ease. The whole process was explained to me in detail and i felt very safe. Can't wait to see the final results.

The doctor listens and prescribes what would suit you the best. The staff was professional and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. The treatment recommendations were clear and effective. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my visit and the results are showing. will definately come back for other treatments
