I had an excellent experience at Atlas Chiropractic Wellness Center. Dr. Remi provided highly effective chiropractic treatment for my spine issues, and I noticed significant relief after the sessions. Dr. Ayem complemented this with physiotherapy, which helped ease my muscle tightness and improved overall mobility. I would also like to appreciate Ameen at the front office for his outstanding customer service—always welcoming, professional, and helpful in scheduling and follow-ups. Overall, the combination of expert treatment and great hospitality made my visits very comfortable. I would highly recommend Atlas Chiropractic Wellness Center to anyone seeking quality chiropractic and physiotherapy care.

Atlas is the change maker of my life. I heard atlas by reference but now, I refer atlas to many. Thank you for everything. Starting with Dr Jeevika, who took a history, finding my pain. Followed by Dr Sharmila who initiated the treatment for me. Last but not the least, Dr Zay, the man who transformed my pain into pleasure. I was struggling with TMJ for more than 4 years and has consulted more than 7 doctors. But finally this 1 place has my heart, soul. Thank you so much. Ending with one miserable man, who will remind us, schedule us, greet us with a big smile Mr Ameen Khan. Welcoming everyone is important for any establishment. And you do a very great job. I first visited Atlas clinic in January. I was having severe shoulder pain for almost 4 months. I was recommended of the clinic by a couple of my friends, so I had high expectations from them. And my expectations were absolutely met. I was first under Dr.Sharmila who worked not only on my shoulder but also my elbow and wrists- pain which I have had for years. After my sessions with here, I then undertook general alignment and chiropractic sessions under Dr.Zak. Both of them were first of all very patient in wanting to understand all my issues and then provide resolution for the same. They would explain to you what they are doing and how it would help you. I have ended my sessions with them with my pains almost fully gone. I have visited big hospitals like Manipal, Sakura etc with these same issues. They used to just give me some tables and recommend very basic Physio sessions. Those never worked. At Atlas, they didn’t give me any medicines and worked on my pain with proper Physio and chiro techniques, which has resulted in me going back to my normal state, rid of all pain.

Let me take you through my pain and recovery journey at Atlas Chiropractor, HSR Layout center. I had severe lower back pain with disc dehydration in L2/L3, L3/L4 and an annular disc bulge in L4/L5 as per MRI scan report done on 22 July. The start: 19 July: I was having mild lower back pain and was recovering. I took an autorickshaw for a small 3 km journey. The autorickshaw crossed a speed bump and the pain aggravated immensely in my lower back. Unable to bear the pain, took an easy decision to visit a nearby chiropractic center at Rajajinagar (below the metro station) and got my back adjusted, which didn't help, but it worsened my pain the next day. It was not a wise decision to get treatment at a fake chiropractic center at Rajajinagar. 20 July: I called up Dr Pratap and conveyed my situation and asked to see him on 21 July Monday, but due to his packed schedule, he was not available at the Indiranagar center. (I was a patient of Dr. Pratap back in 2017). 21 July: I checked at HSR layout Altas center if any chiropractor’s doctors were available, and luckily, I got an appointment at HSR. I met Dr. Zaakir and Dr. Sharmila at the HSR center. Both were of great help in my recovery. Especially for my condition, I was recovering faster with Dr. Sharmila's physiotherapy treatment (dry needling, cupping, TENS therapy, and ultrasound) along with Dr. Zaakir's chiropractic adjustments to my back. The end: By 29 July, I had recovered fully and was doing my day-to-day activities with ease. Dr. Pratap, thank you for having such talented doctors at your HSR clinic, and a gratifying thank you to Dr. Zaakir and Dr. Sharmila, who helped me recover from the pain. At last, a humble request to Dr. Pratap to open a new clinic in and around the 'Bengaluru North' region, if possible. This will really help patients from this region to experience real chiropractors and prevent fake chiropractors from opening their shops.

I went to Atlas Chiropractic and Wellness Centre with severe back pain that made it hard for me to even sit down or lie in bed to sleep. After just one session of physiotherapy and chiropractic treatment, within a couple of hours the pain was gone. I was able to move freely again and get back to my normal daily activities. I visited this center with the expectation of receiving professional care and transparent guidance. Initially, I was told that my treatment would require around 6 sessions. However, I was repeatedly pressured to purchase a 12-session package, and when I questioned this, they casually mentioned that it might take even more than 6 sessions even though I was very clear the first day that I have been to other center before which are telling me that it would take longer and if anything they could do to the fix the issue in any less time only then I would like to go with the treatment. It felt more like a business trying to upsell than a healthcare provider focused on patient recovery. On the time management, despite being the first patient of the day and arriving on time, I was made to wait in the treatment room for 15 minutes with no explanation or other patients ahead of me. The lady at the reception explained me some expense the first day and the next session I am asked to pay around double the amount. Turns out she wasn't aware of the treatment I had been going through. The overall experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this center to anyone looking for honest, patient-first service. Transparency and trust are crucial in healthcare, and unfortunately, this place fell short on both.

For years—ever since giving birth to my son—I lived with constant neck, shoulder, and back pain, along with persistent headaches that drained my energy and made daily life exhausting. After nine sessions at Atlas with Dr. Jivika and Dr. Zakir, I feel stronger, lighter, and truly alive again. Heartfelt thanks to both doctors.
