Visited For: Headache & Frozen Shoulder I had a great experience at Altas Chiropractic Wellness. I took 2 sessions with Dr. Yasmin, and her chiropractic treatment gave me noticeable relief from headaches and frozen shoulder. She was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly. Ms. Prapathi, the physiotherapist, was very supportive and helped improve my shoulder mobility through guided exercises. Thanks to Ms. Sujatha Raman at the front desk for recommending the right care. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the team is very caring. Highly recommended!

Been going here for the past 5 years and can definitely vouch for their quality of work. The chiropractors are very highly skilled and the physiotherapists, highly qualified. They all educate you on what works for you and doesnt. Exceptional service. Dr.Teresa is a wonderful chiro and Kartik's been my go-to physiotherapist for sports release! Also, can't forget Sujata and Deepu on management, who've always ensured I have the best experience whether it came to bookings or rescheduling my sessions.Top stuff!

Clinic: Altas Chiropractic Wellness Visited For: Spine issue Doctor: Dr. Yasmin (Chiropractor) Physiotherapist: Ms. Ananya Front Office: Ms. Sujatha I (Rajalakshmi Harinath)had a great experience at Altas Chiropractic Wellness for my spine-related issue. I completed 4 sessions with Dr. Yasmin, whose chiropractic care was precise, effective, and professionally handled. She took the time to explain the root cause of my pain and worked on a personalized treatment plan, which helped me feel much better after each session. I also had 3 sessions with Ms. Ananya, the physiotherapist, who was incredibly patient and supportive. Her therapy focused on posture correction and strengthening, which complemented the chiropractic care perfectly. A special thanks to Ms. Sujatha at the front office for recommending the right practitioners and ensuring smooth coordination. She was polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visits. The clinic has a clean, calm atmosphere, and the entire team is genuinely focused on patient wellness. I highly recommend Altas Chiropractic Wellness, especially Dr. Yasmin, Ms. Ananya, and Ms. Sujatha.

I received a second chance at life after my visit here. My hometown doctors advised me to undergo spinal surgery, but after consulting with Dr. Theresa Wand and receiving chiropractic treatment, the results were amazing. Along with the chiropractic care, Dr. Theresa recommended physiotherapy sessions, which were handled by Dr. Karthik. The results were unbelievable and took me to the next level of recovery. Dr. Theresa and Dr. Karthik were lifesavers for me, as they helped me avoid surgery. Additionally, Dr. Joseph provided me with a nutrition plan after reviewing my scans and reports, which worked wonders for my recovery. Throughout this journey, Sujata and Prem Kumar's behavior and service were excellent. They efficiently allocated chiropractic and physiotherapy sessions and reminded me about my appointments after every alternate session, which I greatly appreciated. Thanks to the entire team at Atlas for their efforts, which have helped me and many others achieve a healthier lifestyle.

I was in my seventh month of pregnancy and dealing with severe back pain. I specifically wanted to consult someone experienced in pregnancy-related chiropractic care. However, the clinic assigned me to Dr. Zay, who—as I later confirmed through both their helpdesk and their own chiropractor, Dr. Theresa—has no experience in handling pregnant patients. Despite this, Dr. Zay went ahead and made forceful adjustments to my upper rib cage, claiming it would "create space" for the baby. This was completely unwarranted, as I had no discomfort in my ribs—my concern was purely back-related. With no prenatal experience, he should not have touched me at all. The uneven adjustments he performed created an imbalance, and within a week, my baby turned breech—something that had never been an issue before. At 36 weeks, I consulted Dr. Theresa, who confirmed that Dr. Zay had handled it incorrectly. She stated that adjustments should have been done to both the upper and lower body to ensure balanced space for the baby’s position. She also reaffirmed that Dr. Zay was not trained in pregnancy chiropractic care. To make matters worse, this clinic seems more focused on overcharging and collecting personal information than on providing safe, qualified treatment. I ended up spending nearly INR 20,000, only to be left with emotional distress and a breech baby—eventually forcing me into a C-section as the last option. The experience was extremely disheartening. Unlike chiropractors in the U.S. (where I’ve also received care), this clinic assigns doctors based on availability, not expertise. Even when I went back to Dr. Theresa hoping for proper care, she couldn’t even confirm the baby’s position. When I asked her about the Webster Technique, she casually said, "I don’t believe in techniques—I follow my own sets." That was deeply unsettling. I traveled a long distance based on their claim of pregnancy expertise. In hindsight, it felt like a well-packaged trap—one chiropractor caused the breech, and the other kept feeding vague hope that the baby would turn. Even my OB-GYN scolded me for falling into this so-called "pregnancy adjustment" trap. This entire experience left me heartbroken. I would strongly advise other expecting mothers to stay away. The risk is simply not worth it. I really wish there was an option to reply on the comments that you have done. My obgyn confirmed breech position after we met Dr Theresa and not before Dr Zay. My baby turned after meeting Dr Zay and Dr Theresa also said that he wasn’t experienced with prenatals. Please get your facts checked. Also, I never asked for Dr Zay, it was your receptionist who assigned him. If he wasn’t experienced, why did he start? I had no issues with my uterus or baby. I never asked for pregnancy adjustments. He did it on his own. I went for back pain only. I never had any problem regarding my posture and he kept on asking if I felt better. How would I know if he did incomplete adjustments? They did needle therapy and I visited them for two sessions. They asked me to come for more but I didn’t go as I WASN’T FEELING THAT MY PAIN WAS REDUCING. Infact my pain increased after the second session and we even informed your receptionist about it. Furthermore, Dr Theresa herself said that she doesn’t do webster technique and even insulted my mother when she asked for it. According to Dr Theresa, they don’t do "webster technique" but adopt their own techniques.

I have consulted DR pratap and DR Teresa at atlas and they are fantastic. So caring, compassionate, efficient and knowledgeable. I have to give a special shout out to their physio, Karthik. I have worked with many Physios in Bangalore as well as Singapore and I haven’t met a more effective physio than Karthik. He knows the body so well, he’s efficient with the time, he’s very strong which always helps and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend atlas for chiro and physio. Thank you for helping me. Karthik gives exercises which are easy to follow and if done regularly, I’m sure are also very effective. Good luck atlas!
