Dear Doctor, I am reaching out to request an appointment for my mother, who is experiencing a severe skin condition related to her thyroid. I have attempted multiple times to secure an appointment, but unfortunately, I was informed that no slots were available. I was advised that in case of any cancellations, I would receive a call back, and I had also expressed my willingness to travel a long distance and wait if required. Given the seriousness of her condition, I contacted the clinic again yesterday and today to request a walk-in appointment. I may have sounded very anxious on the call, as it has been very difficult to see her suffer. If my words came across as harsh and vulgar , please accept my sincere apologies. My intention was not to upset the receptionist but only to emphasize the urgency of her situation. I understand that emergency cases may often be directed to nearby doctors, but since we have already consulted multiple doctors without much improvement, we were specifically advised by friends to seek your expertise. I truly appreciate your time and consideration, and I once again apologize if my communication over the phone seemed inappropriate. I kindly request your support in helping us with an appointment at the earliest possible opportunity.

Dr. Divya is one of the sweetest and extremely knowledgeable person I have met over the years of my derma journey. I visited her for a skin infection, she ensured to not only treat me but also gave a really good advice and got me at ease considering i was a bit too nervous due to the infection. I will recommend her to everyone who is looking for a friendly guidance and for doctor who really cares. Additionally, her staff is really sweet and helpful as well.

Worst clinic I have come across in this area. I visit the clinic with my wife. The attitude of the receptionist is very rude. And they don't value people's time. Fisrt day, they gave an appointment at 12.30 but eventually made us wait 2 hrs. For the follow up check up, they gave an appointment at 7.30 pm and then made us wait till 9pm. What is the purpose of taking appointment if they are going to make us sit and wait? They don't value people's time at all. ALSO DON'T GO BY THE POSITIVE REVIEW, THEY FORCE AT THE RECEPTION TO GIVE 5 STAR RATING.

I got my skin tag removed today by Divya ma’am. She is extremely kind and caring with her patients, constantly making sure I was comfortable and not in pain throughout the procedure. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a dermatologist. The doctor was dismissive, rushed through the appointment, and showed no genuine concern for my condition. Instead of listening to my symptoms, I was brushed off with generic advice and an expensive prescription that did nothing to help & also for every question they will charge 1000 rs. The staff was equally unprofessional, making follow-ups a nightmare. I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and completely let down. If you value your health, time, and money, I would strongly advise avoiding this clinic.
