We had a great experience with the physiotherapy sessions for muscle relaxation. The therapy was not only effective but also very soothing and well-tailored to the needs. A big thank you to Dr. Chitra and Dr. Abin – both were incredibly friendly, professional, and made completely at ease throughout the process. Their approach was caring and reassuring, which really added to the overall comfort of the sessions. Felt the difference after a few visits. Definitely worth it, and I’d highly recommend their care to anyone looking for quality physiotherapy!

Physiotattva is a wonderful institution, with some of the most friendly physiotherapists that I know of. I have been to Physiothattva previously for a chronic lower back pain, which i suffered for over 4 years, Dr Nadia and Dr Yamini managed to treat and solve the problem within a month. I returned a year later for a different pain which was turning chronic in my neck and shoulder. Dr Additi was able to release the triggers while Dr Chitra Menon and Dr. Lavanya were able to get rid of the pain in my neck within a week and a half. They are wonderfully nice, friendly and empathetic physiotherapists. They are incredibly professional, very caring and look out for your well being. Their skills as physiotherapists is as good as it gets (in my limited knowledge). The facility is wonderful, well stocked with equipment, The place is designed well, with great lighting and is as neat as it gets. I would recommend Physiothattva, Dr Chitra Menon, and Dr. Lavanya without any reservations whatsoever.

I went to Physiotattva for ankle pain, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, attentive . From the initial assessment to the final session, everything was smooth and well-organised .The physiotherapist explained the issue clearly and created a personalized recovery plan. Within a few sessions, I felt a noticeable improvement pain reduced, mobility increased, and I was finally able to get back to my regular routine. Dr Winnie was very supportive and i feel I was under the right doctor for treatment. Overall it was a 5 on 5 .
