Mana Mandira Healthcare
Mana Mandira Healthcare appears to offer a unique learning environment. Several testimonials highlight the potential for valuable experience, particularly for those seeking to expand their understanding of patient care and assessment. There's a focus on holistic perspectives and patient interaction which is a significant benefit for aspiring professionals.
However, concerns have been raised regarding communication styles and a perceived emphasis on personal ideology over evidence-based practice. The reported issues with the receptionist and administrative processes also present a potential barrier to a positive experience. Careful consideration of these mixed reviews is advised before engaging with their services.

It was a very rewarding experience. Working with Dr. Raghav really made us open our eyes and minds to seeing and understanding symptoms and patients from a new perspective. I was also able to conduct assessments and interact with patients which is an invaluable experience for me. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to do so.
Overall a terrible experience with Raghavendra. His communication style is beyond comprehension. It was hard to figure out if he knows what he is doing as he is constantly contradicting what he said a minute ago. He seems to be more of a family therapist ( and even that i wouldnt recommend ) . He likes the sound of his voice but unfortunately he makes no sense nor is he a good orator. It feels like someone is trying to manipulate you into their personal ideology than you speaking to a doctor. He gets super insecure if you speak verified medical facts that contradict his notions ( we verified those facts with our new doctor luckily ) . We always verify any claims made by any doctor as it is 2025 and it is possible very easily. 0ur new doctor is very open to that which we love ( feels like an integrated journey than a pravachan ) . After a while we felt we are doing our son a disservice and we changed doctors . We couldnt be more happy now that it feels like we are talking to a doctor and not an idealogue. Progress is much better and our son is doing better than ever. Its imperative for parents to know that real help is out there beyond ideology. The receptionist is terrible as everyone said already in the reviews although we could look past that easily for our son.
We have consulted with Dr. Raghavendra 3 months back. His session was good. He suggested for a session with one lady doctor for which we took an appointment, missed that slot. It was our mistake. But the way receptionist talks and the way the management comes back telling we will not pay because doctor waited and our mistake missing the appointment. This looked more to me as money minded. I usually avoid such clinics or therapists who respects money more than people. I have to mention about the receptionist there, she is very arrogant which builds a very bad environment. I stopped going there. I suggest spastics society is way better in terms of assessments.
My daughter was referred to Dr. Raghavendra by a Doctor in Rainbow Hospital and the 1st session was done online. Since then my wife have been trying to get an appointment with the Doctor but the sales girl cum receptionist at the counter Shilpa, who is so horrible to speak with and who thinks she owns the hospital, despite telling her the limitations to come on working day, she was adamant not to give an appointment on Saturday. I am sure this horrible lady will help close down the clinic soon. I asked her to put me across some manager, she says above her only Dr Raghavendra is there and she says if you want you can complain over email also. I am sure the emails and these reviews are also monitored by her only. Its shame for reputed doctors to leave everything on the hands of such unprofessional sub standard employees. Anyways I have infomed Rainbow hospital not to refer anyone to such clinics and they have given me an alternate Doctor. This doesn't ends here though.
Interning under Dr. Raghvendra sir has been truly enriching. The environment was welcoming, and the team was approachable, making it easy to adapt and contribute meaningfully. The structured guidance, along with the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings, made the experience both insightful.
I had the privilege of completing my psychology internship under Dr. Raghavendra Kumar K, a renowned Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist trained at NIMHANS, and the experience was nothing short of transformative. Dr. Raghavendra is not only deeply knowledgeable and insightful, but also incredibly patient and approachable as a mentor. Throughout my time at Manamandira, I was exposed to a wide range of cases involving neurodevelopmental, emotional, and behavioral issues in children and adolescents. His holistic, empathetic, and evidence-based approach to treatment taught me more than any textbook ever could. What truly stood out was the learning environment—supportive, intellectually stimulating, and grounded in real-world clinical application. I was encouraged to ask questions, reflect on observations, and actively participate in case discussions. I gained a deeper understanding of child development, diagnosis, therapeutic planning, and family psychoeducation. This internship not only enhanced my clinical skills but also reaffirmed my passion for working in child and adolescent mental health. I feel grateful to have learned under such a compassionate and skilled professional. Highly recommend Manamandira to aspiring psychologists and mental health professionals seeking meaningful learning in a nurturing environment.
Interning with mana mandira was truly a good experience. The environment was warm and welcoming, with a supportive and approachable team that made it easy to adapt and contribute. The intern's primary responsibility was to assist in caring the kids and mostly observing and as it took place during the off-season it limited our exposure. The structured guidance and the chance to witness the application of theoretical knowledge in real-world settings made it a valuable learning opportunity. The team’s expertise and professionalism were evident throughout.
