I am thrilled with my two cockatiels from this pet store! Both are healthy and happy. My recent purchase, delivered to my home, arrived perfectly. The store went above and beyond with careful packaging and safe delivery. The quality of the birds is excellent, and the price was absolutely worth it. Everything I needed for my cat was here. Price was little high but the products are good. They offer more dog friendly products than cats. Huge varieties of fish and aquarium supplies are also available. Service was slow and the boy seemed uninterested while we were asking queries. ♿ It's located on ground floor and basement. Both has stairs only.

I got an planted aquarium aquascaped from heavy petting. There is a variety of live plants available and the quality of plants are very good. I could find a variety of drift wood and stones too. I am happy the way aquarium turned out. But as per my experience, followup/aftersales and sales person support and knowledge was very minimal

One stop shop for all the pet needs. On the ground floor/underground they have birds, fishes and animals for sale. On the first floor they have all the pet food and accessories especially for cats and dogs. Have so many varieties of stuffs. Price is a bit high. The staff werent very friendly.

I bought our first ever family dog Golden Retriver from Heavy Petting, HSR Layout store. I must say everyone in this shop is very helpful, given proper information. Even the owner Zubin helped us to ease handle first few days of struggle. We are very happy with the service and out new family member.
